False claims
It was good to start with but within 3 months the cushion as become very soft and it is not able to support my neck properly. They say that their technology would last at least for 5-6 years, and you wont see any suppression of the cushion. But it did not even last for three months. Now I have a rs3000 pillow that is useless, instead I could have bought 10 cotton pillows in the same price which would have lasted me definitely for 7-8 years.

Great pillow but missing neck support
You need to use the pillow on the hexagon-grid side for maximum effect.And the pillow has two different curvatures on the edge, so you need to see which one is better.In terms of cervical/neck support, this pillow lacks it. I wish it had a bulge to support neck. Overall not fully satisfied, but it works.P.S: Pretty good for side sleepers.Overall value for money is average.
