Do not use on a windy day.
This umbrella is very cute and was a small size which I was looking for. It can not withstand heavy wind. I used it one day not long ago and it blew inside it. When I fixed it, it was still intact but one of the arms is damaged . It locks in place and will not allow the rest of the umbrella to close unless you grab it and fold it manually . This is inconvenient when the entire unbrekka is wet. I would not recommend this umbrella.

Very hard to open.
I purchased two of these umbrellas for my granddaughters, ages 10 and 8. I thought they could carry them in their backpacks. The umbrellas are very pretty and compact, but are very hard to open, even for me. So, I put the umbrellas in my car for the girls to use there. I wouldn’t purchase these again.
