I didn't care for this bag, and I wish I had paid the extra money to get one that seemed to be more like the worn out one I was replacing. The zippers are of poor quality and are rather rough to use; they don't glide smoothly at all and feel like they're always catching on something when they're not. Not to mention, the zipper to the main compartment of the bag seems to be designed poorly, with it being a little difficult to access due to the flap over it the whole way around the length of it. On top of that, another poor design is the straps on either side of the bag that run from front to back, which I assume are there to hold the thing together better when you have a lot of things loaded in the bag. If you actually lock them in place, they get in the way of both the zipper for the main compartment, and the zipper to the front compartment. If you don't lock them, then will just hang and flop around. The slot inside for a laptop also isn't very good, and it's a chore to put the laptop in it since you have to make sure you're holding the back of the bag perfectly straight. My old bag had a stiff backing on it to prevent this and it worked well. My old bag had a "Microsoft" branding on it, and I wish it was still available, because this thing just doesn't compare.

This is a wonderfully made backpack and especially for the price. Most $50-70 backpacks I've seen don't nail SoSoons quality and representation. The material, stitching, emblems, and design are near flawless. The interior is faintly printed with their logo and has a classy look, bordering top tier fashion bags. The zippers are covered and very durable and ergonomically curved. The bubbled padding on the shoulders is very comfortable. There is extra exterior padding for the lumbar. This is a medium sized bag, big enough for high school, yet versatile and compartmentalized enough for college- essentially a laptop bag+... buy THIS bag, is my satisfaction level at +-$20

This is a good backpack, but I wouldn’t call it great. I’ve used it for carrying around my tech equipment (laptop & accessories) as well as for vacationing.I like that the main pocket has a hidden zipper which makes it hard for people to get into the bag while you’re wearing it. When traveling I get a little worried about potential pick pocketing, but this backpack is great in that regard.Some of the pocket spaces in the backpack are nice for keeping things organized like charging cords or a wireless mouse, but there are some pockets that are loose and just hang open and get in the way. I can easily fit a notebook or binder in it but whenever you try to put them in or take them out they get stuck on the loose pockets.Some people have issues with the charging port but mine worked perfectly. I don’t really use it much but when I do it works just fine.Parts of the backpack are great but some things like the weird pockets keep me from giving it five stars.

Not durable at all. The seams have come apart necessitating sewing them shut so stuff doesn’t fall out. One arm strap completely came out of its stitches so it is no longer connected. The stitches simply gave way. Also the bottom is awkwardly shaped. It’s a tapered bag from bottom to top and you kind have to wedge things into the bottom to get it to sit flat. I tried to find a website last year to get warranty service but gave up because I couldn’t find a company. I would not recommend this at all.

Very good looking backpack, confortable with very well designed compartments. With a close look, you easy can easily categorized this item within the top brands in the market. The color, the fabric, the zipper, the straps and even the logo, are very well made and accomplished. (update: the usb charging hub works as it should, my power bank was not working)

I really liked this bag the materials feel premium. Plenty of space comfortable to wear. Great size. However my charge port did not work for my iPhone. I started to keep the bag because I like it so much but really I need the USB port to work so I sent it back. I can’t recommend this bag due to the USB port not working and after reading several reviews I’m not alone in this. Hold off on this one if you have an iPhone.

Great pack and durable. I strap it to the back of my motorcycle and carry it in a shipyard and it gets beat up, rained on, covered in dust and dirt. Holds everything I need and isn't stressful on my back with 2 herniated discs. Will buy again if this one ever messes up.

I have to update my review. I have had this bag since Feb 2018 & I already need to purchase another backpack for the zipper is no longer closing on one side. The bag was always hard to close do to the zipper on the main compartment. The bag is however, very roomy & it actually is waterproof, it held up during some of the worst winter storms on the east coast. I cannot recommend this backpack. Very disappointed.
