Excellent cooking
I purchased this for me wife hoping she would like the decision. After one use, she was very pleased with the product. If fact, she had me order other Copper based pans and baking items. She particularly likes the heat control and convenience of cooking with Copper.

These look very good overall but one of the pots turned hot pink after being used only once. Not sure what can be done to resurrect it to a normal copper color.

Love the look
Love the look, discolored easily but didn’t affect its use. A little heavy for me but I love the way it performs. Would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful and functional
I love this utensil. It is easy to handle - not too heavy, not lightweight. I love best that the inside is 18/10 stainless steel and not tin which makes clean up easy. There is no way I am storing this in the cupboard; it is staying on my stove top full time because it is just so pretty.

Spots on pans and lids
Today I received a set.Pans looked solid and heavy. I liked that. But most of pans and lids have awful spots on them. This fact totally turned my opinion into negative. If this stuff has spots now, how will it look like after I'll start using it? Very upset ((((

The copper "cladding" is more like a copper coating.
The pots and pans have a nice heavy feel to them. However, if you're expecting something with a nice solid copper outer layer, you may want to reconsider. The copper layer is extremely thin and is easily dissolved off the surface of the stainless steel with a little bit of acidic food.I made chili in the large pot. A little bit of it spilled on the copper side of the edge of this lid. I rinsed it off that night and when I cleaned it the next day, I could see stainless steel where it appeared that the copper coating had dissolved away. Be very careful about acidic foods, such as tomato sauce.
