GREAT QUALITY, GREAT SERVICE, WILL REORDER
The hat is warm, just in time for NY cold weather. I used the name of my coworkers company and will present this to her as a gift from the heart. Great fit and quality. The font came out great. Will definitely choose this service again for custom apparel.

Horrible!!
The hat itself is a good hat however the personalization is an iron on... and not a good one! When the hat stretches when you put it on, the iron on letters het all distorted. It's absolutely not wearable in public. I'm not big on leaving bad reviews however this one is one to avoid!

It's true to the picture. It's soft and it feels comfortable.

Painted not embroidered
I was expecting the words to be embroidered but they were just painted on. The beanie is nice quality tho so we will see how well the words hold up and how it looks when stretched over the head.

Cheap and poor quality
Did not like the quality of the hat and the lettering was cheap and will probably fall off. Won’t buy again.
