This started well, I got it set up with a new dial and chose my options and battery life was good - around 8-10 days per charge. I lost the charger cable and support pointed me at a new one promptly, all good so far. But a couple of months in and the battery life is down to 5-7 days and the screen has become completely erratic. The dial changes randomly. The screen jumps off into different modes even when I'm not touching the watch - in fact even when I'm not even wearing it! I've tried cleaning it, and resetting it, but nothing works. I never know what I'm going to get when I switch it on. It also goes into sports mode but has no way out again without switching the watch off. A pity because it looked promising. This is my 3rd fitness band from different brands and all have failed for different reasons, I don't think I'll be buying a 4th!EDIT: After posting this review the company reached out and tried to help. They couldn't fix it and had no stock for a replacement so offered a full refund which I've accepted. Unfortunately, I still can't recommend the watch but the customer service is excellent so I've given an extra star.

cannot complain for the price. The only draw back is that it doesn't have vibration.

For the money, this watch is amazing value and is definitely worth a purchase. Its not an Apple or a Samsung but for standard everyday use for monitoring steps, heart rate, sleep etc it is definitely worth buying. I bought it as a watch and as a step monitor and both work perfectly. I've only had it about 5 or 6 days and so far it hasn't needed an additional charge, which is pretty great! I'm very please with it so far and the other velcro strap is really comfortable and I forget I'm wearing it, even in bed!!

I use for gym

I was concerned about the size initially, as I have a small wrist, but this watch is comfortable and looks very chic. It also has all the features needed, which work very well and is competitively priced. The company also offer aftercare, ensuring they look after you and any concerns, at no additional cost. Excellent service and a great all-rounder!

As with a lot of purchases online you really sometimes have to take a risk. This watch certainly appears to be everything you would expect in an ideal world.A solid metal base and a glass face. It comes with a choice of 2 straps. One black silicone normal strap and the other webbed and velcro in black, they have quick release pins on the, so a Doddle to change.You need to download an app on your phone to use all the features on the watch, this was very quick and easy and has a good and easy look to it and very easy to navigate, following the instructions to set up the watch was OK, the was some wording that was different to what my Samsung shows in its settings but by trying several things it was common sense as to finishing the complete setup.Charging was very simple via the magnetic lead on usb.When charged and setup there is a lot of choice in watch settings. You setup a lot of features about yourself as with any health smart watch, then a vast choice in watch faces to apply, there should be no problem finding one that you like, the watch itself does everything that it says in the write up I.e. BP, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, taking and making calls, messaging, and so on. It's very simple to navigate but feels very well made. As with any new devise you need to play with it to find all the features and find what everything does.I would just like to add that since this review I had an issue with the watch, after contacting customer services they were very helpful. They asked for details on issue and then offered a replacement which came withing 2 days. So customer service is excellent
