So, while the concept is appealing, the execution is not so much. And I would expect my comments would apply to any of the manufacturers who offer a similar product.I recognize that there are significant liability issues, even if used per instructions...so I understand, but the spiral tips that go into the ear need to go a little deeper, IMHO. The lawyers most likely won't allow that, but at the depth they go, they do little good for me. Maybe others have a better experience, I know I have a problem with excessive ear wax.Additionally, and this my be unique to this particular manufacturer, the clips the hold the tip in are not exactly flush with the rest of the tool, and as a result scratch my ear during use.

It did take some persistence to attach the head to the stem of the cleaner, but once I did, I was able to clean my ears with ease. The earwax is more easily removed if you rinse the ears first with an OTC cleaning solution before using the tool. I'm glad I bought it.

The soft corkscrew is safe because it's too big to get to the wax. No matter how hard I push it, it cannot get to where it's needed.

My ear has been blocked for the last 3 days so I ordered this and received it today. Within the first minute my ear unblocked and I could hear again. Definitely worth buying and I've already shared the link with a few friends. Highly recommend.

This review is for earwax remover.First of all be careful with the reviews for this product. Many of the five star reviews seem to be for a different product (some diamond foil?)Second, the product itself is low quality. There are some sharp plastic pieces on the holder that hurt when you rotate the thing.Third, either my ears are super clean (spoiler alert they are not) or the thing does not work. It simply is too bulky and does not go deep enough.

I was expecting something that would actually go inside the ear more. I had to purchase this after having an awful infection caused by q-tips. No more q tips for me. I almost lost my hearing. So I decided to buy this as I've seen commercials online for ear cleaners that don't hurt the ear canal. This item is durable but doesn't really go deep into the ears and barely cleans anything. I'm going to have to go shopping for something better.
