Great option at alower price
This worked great for my 2012 Honda Odyssey. Unfortunately while trying to install this I noticed that I had to replace the motor as well and would need to purchase more items to finish the project. This fit perfectly though and have no issues with the product.

2012 Honda Odyssey
This item worked perfectly for my repair! I was able to complete the repair in less than two hours. And more than that I didn’t need to buy the OEM Honda part that cost more than $400!This part is quite the money saver, and the repair is relatively simple.

Perfect fit, and much easier to install than the cable only kits
This will be my fourth replacement of the driver's side sliding door cable. The first time I replaced the cable it lasted about a week, the second time a month, the third time 18 months, and I'm hopeful that this latest replacement will be the last. For the first three replacements I opted only to buy the cables with the separate ferules. And, I made the mistake of buying a couple different ferule crimping tools. But, ultimately, none of them were able to crimp the ferules tight enough, and I ended up having to manually crimp them with vice grips. For two of the three failures, it was this ferule connection that ultimately ended up slipping, then causing the motor to mangle the cables and require replacements. That's why I was excited to find this kit which has the ferules already factory attached, eliminating the likely point of failure. Unlike one reviewer mentioned, the ferules were the perfect size for the spindle, and required no filing or alterations.Having replaced the cable multiple times, the latest install took a little less than two hours. The first time around was easily 4 or 5 hours. As others have pointed out, there are plenty of YouTube videos on the replacement which can be followed.A few tips from the install:1. Take pictures of the motor housing once the cover is removed to help with reassembly. There is a front and a back to the cable winding spindle that you remove, and you'll want to ensure that the cable running to the front is secured on the front, and the back on the back. Taking pictures will make the reassembly much easier.2. Don't try to secure the tensioners or cable guides first when adding back the spindle to the motor. Once the appropriately wound spindle is in position, then put the tensioners and cable guides in place. If the tensioners are already in place, the spindle will try to spin and rotate, and the tensioners will try to pop out, and it will be extremely frustrating. One commenter suggested using zip ties to hold the tensioners slack during the process, which is clever and helps, but, it's much easier simply to insert them at the end.3. As mentioned by others, the plastic pieces containing pulleys which route the cable are easily disassembled. For both of them, you should be able to separate them using only your fingers, and once exposed, there is a simple pin that slides out, allowing removal of the pulley. With this kit, it's much more obvious that there's no way to route the cable without removing the pulley, but with uncrimped ferules, it's tempting (and frustrating) to try to thread it through without.

Fit great for Honda Odyssey 2014
I just installed it today and it fit pretty well. It is nice it got all parts installed so don’t have to mess with clamp to put the head on. I paid $20 last time and get it from EBay. It lasted about 10 months. I will see how long this will last. Given it is the right side of the door which is more frequent use by the kids.

Check the ferrules
Pain in the a$$ job - 2015 Odyssey passenger side. No good videos of that side. Rear A/C unit blocks connector. Had I known, I may have opted for the kits with just the cables and bought the crimper tool to install ferrules. Instead, I went with this kit because it replaced full lines with both ferrules installed. All was fine until one of the ferrules that inserts in the spool just fell off. Since I was already 5 hours in, I tried to crimp with my cheap crimper. Finished the install, door worked great manually. Went to program door buttons, opened great, but when I tried to close, cable pulled right out of ferrule and ate both cables…. Great service by Amazon resent warranty parts but took another 3 hours to install and put van back together. Not a simple job. Also, fittings on cable shields not same as OE. Front cable needed to be trimmed to fit, and both took a lot of pressure to fit into slots on motor assembly.Kit works if you are patient, have the time and are able to adjust as needed. Service was good, but there is a reason Honda doesn’t sell this part. Just check that the ferrules are well connected before you start!

Fit perfectly
Got these to replace the broken cable on my 2011 odyssey. These were great because they came ready to instal, no measuring, no cutting and crimping of cables. Installation was not bad, as for longevity we shall see.

Used to fix a broken sliding door on a 2012 Odyssey
The door on a 2012 Odyssey stopped working because the steel cable snapped. This kit replaces both cables on each side for a total of 4 cables. The process of installing the cables on the driver's side took me a little over an hour. Not a hard project for the mechanically inclined. It requires removing the interior side panel. Then it's just a matter of opening up the spool and pulley on the motor. The old cable was damaged and tangled. With some effort, I got it out. I had to straighten some of the grooves in the pulley, but then easily installed the new cables. I also replaced the rear rollers on the door, and it works as good as new now.

Perfect fit, power door works again
I installed these cables on the passenger side of my 2012 odyssey and they were really easy to work with and fit perfectly. Saved me a ton of money by not replacing the motor like honda would make me do. I found a YouTube video to follow and it was certainly a nuisance working around the AC, but the cables themselves are the proper length and they come with all the necessary pieces to make it a breeze (just time consuming). But nothing really to swap over from the old broken set. Performed the relearn and the door is properly functioning again. I will do a follow up review if I find they don't last. Now to replace the rollers so the doors slide easier.

Cumple lo prometido
Buen producto, quedó a la perfección, no me costo trabajo la instalación, solo es remplazar una pieza por otro, la verdad facilita mucho realizar la reparación, solo falta esperar cuál es la duración del kit de remplazo.

Like a glove!
These fit perfectly, some instructions would be nice, YouTube had videos. They looked and fit like oem. I think the set with wires only would be easier but I wouldn’t trust the crimp. Very pleased

Worked perfectly.
Followed a couple youtube videos but I've had these installed for a couple months and it's been a great product.

Mostly good but the ends to connect to the door hinge/slider are smaller than originals.
I liked this product and all was perfect until it came time to connecting them to the door hinge/slider. The ends are smaller than the original ends and this meant that it slides in and out very easily...almost too easily. I worry that if there is any slack on the cables it could fall out of the hinge/slider part. Otherwise, it is very good and the correct length.
