Q: Has anyone had the issue of the bike not staying on? It will power on but wont stay on it goes out the minute you push throttle!

Take the battery of the ebike take a look at the connectors on the bike if it look like it has any dust, dark spots, or moisture clean it off use cotton swabs brush or a towel. If it still doesn't work try using sand paper a metal brush or even aluminum foil. This is what worked for me hopefully it helps you guys happy riding.

Q: Does the bike do well in 105 degree weather or moderate downpour for up to 7 hours?

We don’t get that hot here in Michigan so would not know that answer and not recommended to ride an electric bike in the rain! Especially a downpour!

Q: How do I access the settings menu on the display? I tried holding + and - for 2 seconds but nothing happened.

Make sure you put the battery on first, then hit the power button on the right side of the display it will give you the speed then you can hit the plus button for the assist each time you hit the plus it will go up by one. The assist is from 1-5
