You looked at one size chart and found that your dog is a size small. But that doesn't mean he/she is a size small for all the clothes. Different designers and manufacturers use their own size charts. So the measurements given in a size SMALL by manufacturer "A" will be a size XS in manufacturer B's size chart. Don't buy a particular size because that is what you always buy in a pet shop or online store. Always look at the size chart for chest girth and length and confirm the size before you commit to buy. 3.If any of the measurements are 'between' two sizes, choose the larger size. If your measurements are toward the upper end of the range given for a particular size, you may also want to choose the larger size, as you may also wish to do for heavily coated dogs to accommodate all that fur. 4.Take each measurement a bit loosely. I love this bag
I love this bag, plenty of space for my Chi and my wallet/phone. My dog also likes it very much and he likes to sleep in it. I bought it long time ago and it's still as good as new.

Amazing Carrier!
Wonderful bag! My toy poodle loves it! There are plenty of windows for ventilation, with one bigger one for her to look out of. Outside pockets are large: I keep her leash in one and baggies of treats in the other. The flooring is solid plastic with a sateen cover and over that you have a comfy and fairly washable liner for them to sleep on. My little one gets carsick and we were easily able to clean it up. There's also a short elastic leash that you can hook onto their collar to prevent escapes and ensure they travel safely in a vehicle. But by far the best part is that when everything is closed it just looks like a purse! I loved it so much, I got a second one as a Xmas present for my sister!

Not just for dogs....
A little off the beaten path, but I use this really nice bag to tote my bearded dragon. For vet appts, or really anything else, this is the perfect bag for her. It has a nice soft insert at the bottom and several different venting (with screens) options if needed. I also throw a small hand towel in there for her comfort as well. The bag is well made and my only complaint is that you will really need to air the bag out for a day or two before exposing it to your animal. It has a chemical like smell for a day or so, and then you're good to go. Bearded Dragon Approved!

This bag is perfect for my cute 7lb Chihuahua. It is roomy for her and most of all she loves.. Loves it! She knows when we are leaving when I put her purse on the floor and she goes right into it. The best part is that this purse is stylish, big and beautiful. I wouldn't say big as in too big to carry around but the perfect size to take with you every you go. I also love the fact that it has two pockets in the front and big one in the back. I am able to put some of my personal belongings in this purse along with my little Princess belongings. Before rating this, I had waited for almost a month and its in excellent condition and holds it shape well. I own my own business so I take her with me to work and would leave the side zipper open and it becomes her own personal house. She Loves it and So do I. Trim cracked and peeling in less than 2 weeks of use.
Loved the design of the purse for convenience. Bought it and put it back for use in the winter. Began using it and less than 2 weeks the trim was cracking and peeling all along the zipper in the side. If I had bought it in the last month I would have been sending it back.
