Note - You don’t need to install posts if the horizontal railing is being fixed between two walls, or if you already have posts installed. Next is Insert pickets into the bottom rail, and then affix the top rail. Lastly, While the CR Handrail's CRHOR Guardrail Kits can be attached to any surfaces, CR Handrail like to make it easy for you.
