Cordless Heat Pad for Back Pain Relief Portable Fast Heating Pad with 5 Temperature Setting Massage Belt for Women Men

Came with expected prime delivery next day.Works as a heated back support with vibration mode either together or separately which is very pleasant and with the additional strap fits my waist ok (6'+ slim build). Came with a small battery but I use it with an old power bank of larger capacity plus adapter which fits in my pocket.So far so good and is fully portable which is very handy.

I've tried a few similar products over the past year or two with mixed results. This is one of the better ones and it continues to work after a couple of months.The belt was quite tight and does not seem to have been made for the European market. I'm not slim by any means but I wear an XL in tops and struggled to get this round comfortably.The belt packs a decent heat but could do with being hotter.The vibrations could be improved. It doesn't seem to focus on any particular area and only gives a mild vibration, so isn't going to be the best option for treating muscle pain.Overall, I do like this but there is massive room for improvement. The wiring is a massive plus and it works months later, but for treating pain this is probably a little pricey and there are better options available.

The media could not be loaded.  The waist brace comes in a nice, sturdy box that includes a USB C charging cable and an instruction leaflet.The first thing that attracted me was that the massager is battery rechargeable and does not need plugging into a wall socket, which always feels safer to me.The waist brace is meant to be used for back, abdominal and leg pain. It has a waist belt, a detachable outer strap and a unit. The waist belt is wide and has a nice soft fabric. While the belt did fit me thankfully, the outer strap stops a few centimetres too short from the centre, which is no big deal.I suffer from chronic lower back pain and the massager works well when it manages to reach the area. The belt wraps around the waist and while standing I find that I can lower it enough so it can reach my lower back. However if I sit on the sofa, the belt rides up and can only massage the waist and mid-back. I also need to sit upright, which is not comfortable for me or sit on a high chair.The controller has a large screen and adjusting the heat and massage settings is very easy. The instructions are very clear and helpful. The belt can easily be taken to use on the go or for travelling.I really love it, it's not noisy and so relaxing. The heat and massaging helps with the pain but getting the belt to sit where I need it to very much depends on my position: fine when I stand up but trickier when sitting.I hope the manufacturer will consider introducing larger sizes or longer belts.I highly recommend it but do check the belt dimensions particularly for larger bodies (see attached picture).

The media could not be loaded.  I hope this belt will be a breath of fresh air for my husband who is a mechanic and works in poor conditions, coldness, uncomfortable positions. He always complains of unbearable back pain, and the doctor recommended evening sessions with a belt with similar functions. He feels already some improvements, but definitely he still needs to practice. So very cleverly created, with two massage and heat emanation functions, which can also be used separately. It is also ideal for women like me who suffer from abdominal cramps during the period, especially the heating function, I can finally say that I got rid of hot bottle water. It is long enough so with the help of its velcro will be able to surround different silhouettes, I really appreciate this feature, other belts are found in different sizes unlike this one. The two functions, although they can be used separately, do a very good job as a team, the effects of the massage being much better felt after a session if it is accompanied by local heat. Made of a high quality material, with a very smart velcro that actually doesn't even look like a velcro with its fine texture. It has seams all around that will definitely make it last over time. We as a couple are very satisfied with it as long as it is a useful product for both and the quality-price ratio is more than fair.

Pros:1- This belt is made of high-quality material. It's easy to use and remains securely in place, making it a reliable choice for a belt.2- It is quite large and can cover a broad area of the back.Cons:1- I wasn't impressed with the vibration feature. The intensity levels are somewhat weak. The highest vibration setting did not meet my expectations. It only offers a basic vibration sensation, so if you're aiming to use it for muscle pain relief, it might not be very effective.2- The heating function is also not that perfect. This is especially noticeable if you live in a cold area. While you can feel some warmth from the heating pads, the highest heating setting isn't very powerful.3- While the large size might be good for some people, it might be bulky if you have a small body.4- I don't believe it's suitable for menstrual cramps and pain, as it seems primarily designed for back pain. My wife tried it and wasn't satisfied with the size, the vibration, or the heating features. It's bulky and not good for the abdominal area.
