Just what I expected so I’m pleased that I ordered it.

We have now ordered two hoses and both seem to get holes in them in less than a month. I believe the hose material is too thin. But it works great and shrinks down wonderful, so I forgive the holes.

I purchased this product in Nov 2018. It was only used about 6 times when the brass fitting broke in two. I contacted SYE, sent a picture of the broken fitting, explained the problem, and requested a replacement. i really liked the hose. Within a couple hours I received a return email from SYE, and after asking if I wanted refund or replacement,within a couple more hours, I received an email saying the replacement had shipped!! We received it the next day!! Can't say I've EVER had such great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Things go wrong sometimes, and customer service can be a nightmare, but not in this case. I highly recommend dealing with SYE!!

My friend has some hoses of this type I really like so I tried this. It’s just ok. Hers are nicer. Not all hoses like this are created equal. I will say, the fittings are very good quality, and it wasn’t worth it to me to return it, but it’s simply not my favorite hose...

Best hose! Extremely lightweight, but still has great power. The nozzle that comes with it has many different settings, making it perfect for any job. It also has an on/off valve switch. When you turn on the water, the hose expands, and when you turn the water off, the hose shrinks back to its original size in seconds. Fits perfectly back in bag that it comes with for clean storage. As a woman, this hose was perfect, not compromising its lightweight for power or quality. I was very pleasantly surprised! Went back and ordered a second one!

So far, great hose EXCEPT....it wills and when you turn it on, it will pull you back to where you need to be pretty darn strong! I use retractable hoses to clean my pool. This one contracts waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much to be useful.

I bought a version of this type of hose at Walmart and it broke the first time it was used. I ordered this because the description said it had an inner liner. I have used it several times and it seems to work just fine. I am in my 70's and a regular hose is too heavy for me to manage. This is light weight. The only thing I would change if I had to do it again would be to buy maybe a 75 ft. one but I can get to all my property with this by switching the setting. I love the fact that it comes with it's own sprayer nozzle.

Hose seems to be good but the sprayer does not last. I really like the prayer but then it started leaking between the handle and the spray mechanism and I now get wet just using it.
