Nursing Care Plans: Nursing Diagnosis and Intervention

Easy to comprehend and does make care plan simple. This book is better than the latest edition and for anybody learning to write a care plan this is a good start. I don't recommend the latest version/edition of this book its complicated for beginner. If you're just learning to write care plan this book has rationale and easy to learn. Highly recommended.

Great book! As a first semester nursing student, I was totally lost when it came to completing my first care plan for the instructor. This book is so easy to use and very beneficiary for interventions and rationales. I highly recommend it!

This is one of the best books on nursing plans that I have worked with. It is clear and easy to use. I like that it has plans for specific individual diagnoses and is formatted in a way that you can use it as a starting point and helps you to individualize the plan for a specific patient.

It has been really helpful for nursing school, when I have to do my nursing care plans. It actually compliments my other nursing care plan book (8th edition FA Davis book), because it covers other conditions that my davis book doesn't have. Nevertheless my Davis book covers more conditions for sure. I actually really like the lay out of the book. It has great rationales, which has really helped for my understanding. :)

As any nursing student knows, the first time you are asked to do a care plan you panic. I did my first one myself with no assistance and then I found this book. Care plans were a breeze!

It's an okay care plan book. But I feel there are a couple of other care plan books that are written better than this one.

Nursing school requires you to write way too many care plans. I already had 2 other care plan books but a professor mentioned that she felt like this one was the best. It goes along with medical diagnoses and matched up very easily with what our care plans required. A great book.
