I suffer with sciatica and compressed nerve issues in my upper back neck and shoulder . I have consulted a medical professional as a diagnosis of muscular issues . The instructions are great in my opinion as they are clear and concise about safety ofUse . The picture illustration is great for quick reference of which head is ti be used where and where not to be used .I’ve used it daily since getting it and it has been an absolute godsend for my ceasing my muscle spasms that can leave me unable to stand and in great pain . I’ve also been using it on my hand for muscle pain too .I do visit a physio and they use the larger version of this .I can rave enough about it , lightweight, rechargeable, powerful , soft skin friendly heads , long charge and the flexibility of varying speeds . It’s a bargain at £59.99

It’s a good shape to hold but would have been even better with that warm to touch coating that is now on many items. I also imagined the silicone heads as being softer than they are. Otherwise it’s a buy.Update 8 months later:The motor has become very clackity and noisy. Also, battery has only ever lasted about 20 minutes on full setting.It’s no longer a buy from me.

Very well boxed with a a contents and basic instruction guide on the back of the box, this set also comes with a quick start guide and soft draw string carry pouch inside.The machine has 4 heads all with silicone ends. The bottom of the device turns it on and off as well as going through the 4 speed settings. You just hold the button down to turn off. There is a light up indicator as to what level you are on and if the device is on or not.The silicone parts are particularly good vs non silicone hard plastic or foam parts from a larger massage gun I have had in the past.It’s compact size makes it ideal to travel with. Perhaps in a sports kit or to take away with you in a luggage case.It has a USB port charger but no plug which may be a problem for those that don’t have a usb socket or plug spare

Like many people, I get lower back pain and it is relieved by massage.The shape makes it a well balanced little machine and it is very well made. What really amazes me is just how powerful it is! I will have to build up to anything above the lowest setting.It comes with a variety of different massage heads and they're SO easy to install. The whole thing is beautifully designed for ease of use and it even comes with a pouch made of faux suede which takes the massager and all heads with ease.Highly recommended fabulous bit of kit!

The media could not be loaded. I got this as I suffer from stiff shoulders and achy muscles from my job. It works well The sensation is weird at first but you get used to it . Especially the vibrations however it's fantastic it works wonders. You can see in the videos of how powerful it really is. You get 4 power steps by pressing the button at the bottom and to turn off just hold. The attachments work to ,press in and push out to remove You even get a nice little bag to store it in. Great if you suffer from stiff Ness and sore muscles

I have been using this product now for one month, I like to make sure there's longevity when I receive items and fully test them before reviewing.The main reason I wanted this was due to several issues I have with muscles and tension locked in. I had a nasty back injury during lockdown which meant I was unable to walk for several weeks and since then I've suffered from continually problems with both my discs as well as my muscles suffering from deterioration.I'm currently trying to build strength within my lumber region but as a result of the injury it has meant that my muscles have essentially disappeared. I suffer from spasms as well as having ceased muscles and even though I'm building strength through exercises, I have needed a method to release the tension without agitating the injury.I've found this device has helped tenfold with this. It has enabled me to get deeply into key areas that are essentially ceased up.There are several heads for different areas which you will see in the pictures and there are videos online demonstrating how to use the best head and on what area.It's quite powerful and to be honest the first setting will resonate throughout your body when first using. You can gradually build up and you soon learn which head helps give relief in which area.There's a forked head which is excellent for shoulders and around your hips and the round ball head is great for deep tissue for example.It comes with a charger and lasts quite a long time too. So you're not having to buy batteries or charge daily.I'm able to get to all areas on my back which is surprising. At first I thought that I wouldn't be able but you can angle quite easily to get to knots that are locked in within your shoulder blades and neck.The relief isn't just instant but you feel the areas loosen up as the day goes on. Obviously you can get someone to help if you have mobility issues but one handed I found works quite well.I haven't had to use the most powerful setting so far as the first couple are quite strong.I highly recommend this product if like me, you have/suffer from muscle spasms and ceasing.
