Exceeded expectations!
I ordered the POLDR 12X30 Compact Binoculars with Large Eyepiece, Small Lightweight Binoculars for Adults because I needed an inexpensive, small binocular to keep on my golf-garden cart. I like to view my bluebird's activities while I am out gardening. I was amazed at the quality of the product, plus the viewing distance I am able to identify my bluebirds from quite a distance. I recommend the product highly. Thank you POLDR team

HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU
These are very compact binoculars. Folded up they fit in a case only two by two-and-a-half by four inches. I weighed them at just a hair over six ounces.Overall I judged the mechanics to be adequate. Thankfully there is a metal frame. The closest I could get them to focus was about eighteen feet—not bad. My pair consistently made a faint noise when adjusting the focus. There is a separate diopter adjustment for the right eye—it does not lock into place, so it may have to be readjusted frequently. It works, however, and I was glad to see this crucial feature. Unfortunately there are only marginal “eyecups” to block peripheral light, so occasionally I would pick up reflections bouncing off the back lens.Optically they are not bad for such a low cost pair of binoculars. Not bad at all. The best focus and definition is found in the center of the field of view, and it deteriorates rapidly toward the edges. They fared poorly for low light observation, which I expected due to their small objective lenses limiting light gathering. But they were possible to use indoors in normal to slightly dim room lighting. They are marked and sold as being “12 x 30.” Normally that would mean twelve power with a thirty millimeter objective (front) lens. I measured these lenses at just twenty two to twenty three millimeters, or a bit less than an inch. The only way I could get anything near thirty millimeters was to measure the outside of the tube, not the lenses (just over 29 mm).I tried these binoculars at night watching a full moon. Details on the lunar surface were visible and reasonably clear. But given the light weight, coupled with what is stated as a twelve power magnification (I have no way of measuring this), it was hard to keep them from being shaky.I also tried them during the day, looking at my neighbor’s wooden house trim. Very impressive. I could clearly make out not just the nails, but the cracking in the paint. Nice, and it shows how binoculars with small lenses perform at their best in bright light. These are not the sort of binoculars you would want to look through for long stretches of time, because eye fatigue quickly sets in. But they are fun for casual use, and they are good enough to help you pick out distant details. They might be a good choice for older kids to mess around with, as they are functional and budget friendly. Very budget friendly.

Ultra-compact, sleek pocket-size that delivers great images through large eye piece.
The larger eye piece delivers larger images, which are crisp and clear. Alittle loss in light transmission compared to more expensive binoculars, but overall, images are bright. Super compact makes it very pocket-friendly, and the simple sleek design is nice welcome. Definitely, it stand out having larger eyepiece compared to other binoculars of the same compactness but having smaller images.

Not for adult eyes...
The eye piece portion does not fit with my eyes or those of my adult family.Disappointed. Will return.

Great binoculars for the price
I have a more expensive pair of field glasses (binoculars) I've used for bird watching out my back window. My eyesight is a mess and those are difficult to adjust due to them being prismatic (the eye pices are offset from main lenses to accomodate eye to eye length). As a result, any misalignment with the prisms makes them hard for me to see out of.These are a straight shot from lens to eye piece lens, so no alignment issues there. Although not as powerful as my other ones, these do just fine.As far as lens quality, for the price, they are actualy remarkably clear as others have noted in their reviews. I was able to fine adjust it to my right eye independently so I had an excellent sharp focus when finished. Just close your right eye, adjust the center focus for your left eye, then close your left eye and adjust the right eye lens ring to fine tune for your right eye and you're done.Super small to place in your pocket, yet powerful enough to make them worthy of field use. Pretty much what the seller states on the listing.I recommend these if you are looking for a budget pair of compact, easy to use binoculars.

Decent
These are pretty decent for the low cost. They definitely don’t compare to the high dollar ones but they aren’t meant to. If you need a small set for your go bag or hiking trips I would recommend these.

Tiny binoculars with a BIG bang to buck ratio
When I first saw the box, I was thinking that these binoculars were going to be a junky toy. Boy was I wrong! I have tested a bunch of binoculars that I might take with me to an upcoming sporting event, and these are by far my favorites, with a tiny form factor that loses very little in terms of performance. The other pairs that I'm comparing these to are in the 12x25 and 12x42 range, with significantly bigger glass (and far heavier bodies), and I'm honestly not seeing that much of a difference in terms of image quality. These are almost pocket-sized, yet do a great job of bringing you into the action. My only minor complaint would be the little string that acts as a neck strap, but that's a minor issue.I have no problem recommending these to anyone looking to get a better look a sporting events, concerts, birds or whatever without being bogged down with a bunch of weight that doesn't give you any better performance.
