My kids were super excited when the trampoline arrived!! As we read thru the instructions and attempt to assemble the pieces together, there were no instructions on the nuts and bolts. We could have guessed it, but why pay so much for something that came with poor instructions. We contacted customer service right away for guidance with a video or better instructions. Customer service was quick with a response. They sent us a better instruction pamphlet in PDF form. Why wasn’t this included in the box!!?? In addition, the steps are not in order causing us to loosen previous steps in order to put the net up.Quality: I will give it a 3. A few of the poles came damage, so we had to hammer it into the connection piece and same with the connection piece, there were a few damage. The strap that are suppose to go on top of the poles, well, they do not hold the clip. So a result, we had to zip tie the strap to the pole.

Very large and indeed a valuable product. Follow the instructions and very easy to set up with simple of steps. My kids really enjoy playing together in it, and very strong and good elasticity. Absolutely high Recommended and having fun with the whole family.

The product i received was not the item in original description or in the picture. The original description (it has changed since my November 4, 2020 purchase) had a weight limit of 750 lbs and said it came with ladder. I know this because I did thorough research to make sure I purchased a trampoline with a high weight limit and a ladder. The item i received is not only clearly different then the image in the picture, it says the weight limit is 300lbs and has no ladder. I have a friend who purchased this item from the same link and received the item as described. While the item I received is fully operational and works for my son, it is not the item I researched and ordered.

My kids LOVE their trampoline. My only issue was the directions. It didnt tell you what bolts amd screws went where or how to put up the net.

It looked exactly like the advertisement. Very easy to assemble. Everything went together easy and all the holes lined up. I read online it would require 3 adults in good physical condition. I put it together in less than 2 hours with only the help of my 5 yr old. There were a few washers missing which I replaced for less than a dollar. No big deal. I’m pleased with it and my kids love it. I gave the the supplier hell for the delayed shipping but it was during the holiday and the pandemic. More than likely was the fault of FedEx.

Could not be happier with this purchase it is exactly what we wanted. My kids and family love it. It is great quality and the customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly and are awesome with helping you with anything you may need. Would defiantly purchase again and refer to others

My only issue was my 6 year old was able to fall between the safety net and trampoline. Which is what the net is supposed to stop!
