Shorty perfect size easy on & off
This is my first wetsuit 3mm shorty, my wife has owned several for diving and triathlons, we bought two one each with me ordering a large and extra large for fitting purposes, the XL was delayed a couple days. I ended up canceling the XL order as the Large fit great. My initial thoughts the stitching is ok we will see how long it lasts, great value for the money.Putting the suit on I was like wow that was easy. I zipped it up a bit and stepped into it, put arms in and zipped all the way up on the Large and it was a perfect fit at 5'7 180, 46.5" chest, 43" hips, 36" waist. My wife did the same, though she had extra material around her mid section as she is an athlete and athletic build but was fine with it and didn't affect the wetsuit performance in cold water. If you have a bit of a mid section these will fit you fine order to waist / chest size, I was between sizes L/XL and Large fit me well not too tight and with a long torso no compression from the suit on shoulders down. If you have an athletic build maybe consider a different brand as this seems to have a bit of extra material for mid section. We did our first dive in them at Sand Hollow State Park in Utah, air temp was 101 F surface water temp was 74 F, thermocline at ~30' deep was a cool 58 F, a bit colder at the bottom at 53' deep. Our longest dive was 41 minutes, we spent about 16 minutes below 30'. The wetsuit worked great kept our core warm, easy to swim / snorkel in. To take off, unzip and one leg steps out super easy. We did over 5 dives in two days and are super pleased with the wetsuit performance even at depth in some cold water.Everyone else was diving in a full 7mm wetsuit, we just laughed watching them pull, twist, turn trying to get them on or struggle swimming on the surface to the dive area. At least three people ordered these same wetsuits after watching us.We are looking forward to our cruise and diving the Caribbean in them.

It fits and it functions.
Finding larger size sports gear is sometimes hard. I love watersports, am NOT a model, and I needed a suit for possible cooler water exposure while kayaking. It is a simple safety precaution. Following the size per measurement guidelines it fits perfectly. Measure, don't guess. The front entry is such a great improvement over back zippers. This zipper is robust, the material is as expected, the seams well done. It stretches as needed, is cut to allow movement while still maintaining contact and therefore insulation against the cold water. Properly fitted wetsuits are a pain to get into, worse to get out of once the water drains out after a swim. You want close full contact without gaps. It will feel snug at first. The added buoyancy and most important, warmth, extends your water time and extends the water sport season. This suit is an absolute wonder and is affordable for anyone.. It is neoprene and smells like neoprene. The smell fades. It is not a dry suit. It keeps you warm by holding a layer of water between it and your skin. Your body warms the water up and the suit keeps that warm layer next to you. Wear a swim suit as the layer between you and the suit. When you get out of the water, that thin layer of water will drain out creating a suction between you and the suit. Unzip and run your hand between you and the suit to break the suction, it will come off easier. I add this information because I was asked these honest questions and I was once given the answers when it was a new thing for me. I am so glad to have a properly fitting well made suit again.

Nicely made but big in stomach area
This is a very nicely made shorty wetsuit. I had no trouble taking it on and off. I’m 5’6” tall and 130 lbs and purchased a medium because of chest measurement. Everything fit well and was comfortable but when I sat down I noticed a lot of excess material in the stomach area. I could literally fold it over. I didn’t want to go to small because of my chest measurement but I think this suit is made for women that are a bit larger in the tummy area. I probably could get away with a small because it was not tight anywhere except just tight enough in the chest measurement. The extra bulk bothered me so sadly returning. Everything else about this suit is great. I had absolutely no problems getting it on and off.

good for water aerobics
This is my third purchase of this wetsuit. Neoprene doesn't last very long in chlorinated water.I wear and 8-10 in women's clothes, 126 lbs, 5'3" and bought a large. Good fit.Another review mentioned that it was large in the tummy area. For me that's a good thing because I wear neoprene pants under it (better movement than using a full wetsuit). The zipper placement is great for arthritic joints; don't have to struggle getting it on. Also, once the wetsuit becomes too worn out, the zipper can be used to make covers for dog beds. If you don't have a dog, make (or give zipper to someone who sews) dog beds for your local shelter/rescue. Good zippers are expensive.

Order by measurements
I'm 5'8 124lbs I ordered a small because my measurements matched better in that size and I didn't want it to be loose. There is a little stretch in the material so it fits snug, just as it should. Purchased for the natural springs in florida which tend to be a little chilly for me year round, 72 degrees. I wanted something that would keep me warm but be easy to take off and on. I like that it unzips down the entire leg, it makes getting your other leg out easier. If you plan on boarding or laying on your stomach for a long period this may not be ideal for you. Seems well made, material and stitching are nice. Husband is now thinking he needs one too. I've only worn once but I'm happy with the purchase especially at the price. would recommend.

Recommended size too big!
I am a 195 lb 5' 1" male and Amazon recommended XL for me, and it is way too big. I like the "zip to leg" as it makes it easy to get in and out... I just wish I had gone with size Large. I will be looking for a better (smaller) fit and may just buy it again. (Sadly, I could not determine the correct fit until I used it in water and I can not exchange it.) A dry fit is NOT the same as a "wet" fit, especially if diving as the suit compresses. The suit itself is nice, well-constructed, and ideal for Hawaii (warm) diving.

Fit
Love the zipper in the front which goes from leg all the way up to neck. It fits a bit bigger then other wetsuits. I love this wetsuit better then my Phelps one.

I love this wetsuit
It keeps me warm in the water and I actually swim with my kids now.I think the sizes may run a little small because I ordered a medium and it feels a tiny bit short in the body. However it works great and I’m happy with it.

Quality suit, sizing information and expected fit - useless
I'm a 5'11" man, so size XL should have been right for me on that, I weigh 207lbs, chest 45", waist 40", hips 42", so again - XL should have fitted me fine - perhaps a bit tight around the chest but going XXL was a no go, as the table shows it would be grossly oversized for me, but this suit was too tight on the body, but way too large (loose) in the sleeves and pants legs, so had to return and buy a suit from another company here - where their stated XL size and stated dimensions fit exactly as stated. So be aware of that - try the suit right when you get it so if it doesn't fit like in my case - you can still return it.

Easy on and off
The full front zipper makes this the easiest wet suit to take on and off that I have ever owned.

Great suit
I wanted it to swim in the ocean which is cold. Works great for that. Some water gets in arms and legs but you don’t feel the cold. I am only 5 ft. tall but it worked well for me. A bit long but not too bad. Glad I bought it.
