Terrible seller and product - avoid!!!
This is a bike for teenagers, the seller falsely advertises it as an adult bike. After spending $300 on the bike and $100 to get it assembled (it arrived in 100 pieces in a very tightly packed box) I found out that the bike is way too small for me. I have been trying to return it since and cannot find a box big enough to put it in. The seller is refusing to help, amazon is refusing to help and I am stuck with a bad product and $400 out of pocket. What a terrible say to treat a customer!!!

Not happy
The front tire either was made incorrectly or it was missing parts. Email seller and got automated responses so not helpful to solve the issue.
