No Wiring Information
Lamp appears well constructed and arrived promptly but included no wiring instructions. Using information provided by another reviewer and what I found on the Web, I wired it up but no joy. And no other permutations of connections worked any better...I have to assume the unit is defective and had to return it.

Probably a fine lamp but with NO instructions included
Probably a fine lamp but with NO instructions included, it is hard to know. I'm pretty handy and can fix / repair most things. I am comfortable working with electrical items as well but with ZERO instructions and several ways to wire this up, I'm not even going to try it. I might get it wrong. I guess I'll go scour youtube to see if I can find a how to video. Sigh...... :-(

Fine product if you're comfortable clipping wires
This NOT a tutorial, just a warning about installation complexity. If you want a snap-in replacement, don't buy this product and stop reading now. It comes with no wiring diagram, no wirenuts, just an LED bulb in a mailing tube. It has to be wired hot on one end and neutral on the other end. I removed the old ballast (starter) to lighten it up, but you could leave it to save time. If you can look at the attached photo and see that the white (and blue) wires are neutral, and the black (and red) wires are hot, passing through the existing switch, you should have no problem installing this bulb in an old fluorescent fixture. If this is Greek to you, get help or buy a more expensive model with a wiring diagram. I took off one star for no documentation, but it works fine when properly installed.

This bulb arrived in good condition but once I plugged it into the socket ...
This bulb arrived in good condition but once I plugged it into the socket it ran for about 5 minutes before it blew out. Sparks shot out either side of the bulb and it went out. This was the correct/compatible bulb for my utility light but it was definitely not worth the money... will be seeking a refund and taking money elsewhere :)
