Very satisfactory for the purpose.

These things are great. I use them all over the place for a quick way to secure bags or other things. I have them in my vehicles to keep grocery bags or other items secure to tie down points. I use them on my laptop backpack to attach things when going through airports or conferences. And the even work well for large bags that you might want to tie shut. They seem very durable and I expect them to last.

I really wanted longer ones but I just twisted two together and it works perfect. I use them to keep water hoses and cords coiled up tight

I got these Silicone Cable Ties in 3 inch, thinking they would be a good size for all the cords I have in a basket in my kitchen - cords for cell phones, speakers, tablets, etc. These are OK in size, I was able to use a few of them for the very small cords. But I should have picked up the larger 12 inch ties. I wasn't actually thinking about the fact that you need to wrap these around the cords in order to use them, so 3 inches just isn't enough for most of my cords (basically any cord over a couple inches long becomes too think once wrapped up). I felt the 12 inch ties would be too much.I wish these came in an 8 or so inch size.
