So easy to use! Helped me while I started working out again

This is very handy to have to hold the weights in place well. I did my work out. You have to make sure you're doing it correctly, though, because some of the reviews I saw, people were not using it correctly. It lays on top of your pelvic area well you do your thrusts. It does the job for me.

I ordered this product for doing glute bridges. It is really well made. The materials are strong and quality. I like how long the velcro is, allowing yloou to attach any size weight. I also like the added safety measure of a the buckle closure. I truly felt like the weights were attached and not going anywhere. What I didn't like is that the belt slips. When doing glute thrusts, I found myself focusing more on where the belt was going than correct form and technique. If you are planning on using this for other exercises, it might work for you, but it did not work for me.

Don't have a heavy enough dumbell at home but love that I can comfortably attach 2 to get that heavier weight! Love this product and recommend to everyone! So easy to use and comfortable!

I love this thing!!! I’ve used it multiple times and can’t get over how easy it is to use. The velcro is strong enough to hold the weight but easy to take on and off. I’ve only used this in my house so far but will definitely be taking it to the gym in place of the machines. I love doing hip thrusts and even squats with it!!

This belt is very easy to use, it’s comfortable and the straps are easy to adjust. I love that I can take it with me when I travel. I highly recommend this belt.

This belt does what it is partially advertised to do. It is versatile in that it can hold several types of weights. The velcro holds strong, as the product is solidly built.This belt can be limiting as it is only 23" long and 4" wide. If you are a large size person this product may not give you a comfortable fit with certain types of weights attached.Also, after attaching plates to this, I find it hard to believe that you can securely attached 400lbs as advertised.All in all, for a normal (relative) workout, this product will serve you well.
