Customer Service was amazing
The first couch I was sent was lost on the way here (the mail carrier delivered it to incorrect house, not the fault of the company). The company responded so quickly and sent a replacement! They kept me updated the entire way. The couch is beautiful and easy to clean. I love the gold and I ’m very thankful for this company!

Highly recommend!
Lightening fast shipping, in three relatively compact boxes. This helped since I was assembling in a smaller bedroom with a narrow doorway. Super easy to assemble. I’m one person and did it in 2-3 hours. Very sturdy. The cushions (which should fluff some in the next 72 hours, according to the directions- they were vacuum packed) are quite firm. Not on a bad way but it’s not soft. The white is an off-white. The material looks surprisingly durable. An absolute steal for the price! The cushions (comes with three in matching fabric) are 16” x 16”, if you want to buy different covers for them. The couch is advertised as 81.5” long, it is a bit shorter than that maybe 79-80”. I like it a lot, looking forward to studying in my new study!

Really cute but not necessarily soft
The media could not be loaded. Definitely feels like a teddy bear but its more like decorative furniture. I think it said it was 80 x 80 but one side is way shorter (maybe like 56 x80 ). Seats are wide so you sit and lay comfortably but obviously not long. More like a couch for a waiting room or something. I wish the pieces came labelled but its ok. I put it together in maybe 2.5 hrs alone. It Kinda feels like sitting on a yoga ball wrapped it teddy cloth.

amazing look but cheap
one of the feet came broken. also not comfortable and has a lot of loose fabric needing to be tucked. maybe the cushion will fluff and fill the space but it’s a little saggy. fabric is super soft but stuff will stick to this so be careful but it doesn’t seem hard to clean. but the look is 10/10 SO beautiful it fits in my space perfectly and the color is amazing. i was scared it would be too vivid and overwhelming but it’s the best color

The media could not be loaded. Me encantó este mueble. Llegó súper bien y en tiempo . Me faltaron dos fundas de los cojines pero se los expliqué y a los días me lo enviaron todo. Estoy súper contenta ahora

Came missing so many pieces impossible to assemble
The couch looks nice, but none of the screws or bolts came, 3 legs were missing. Impossible to assemble it.
