A good and useful product that I recommend.I have jumpy legs sometimes and magnesium helps a lot with that, in fact seems to prevent it.This product is delivered in the recommended dose for magnesium, 375mg. Was recommended these tablets. One a day easy to take. Only been taking these for a week so can't comment as to whether they work yet

I read a few articles that this supplement is good to take during the menopause.So I thought I would give it a go.I have found my restlessness with my legs have stopped and I seem to be sleeping better .And my flushes are less through the night ,aiding me to get a better nights sleep.So I will carry on taking these tablets
