I purchased this castor oil pack primarily because I read of potential positive health benefits with regard to liver detox, amongst other things. So far, I am pleased, and for the price, it seems to be pretty good value, particularly given that a small glass amber container of therapeutic grade castor oil was included. The wrap itself is soft and comfortable to wear, and the button attachments make it easy to fasten on to my abdomen. I often forget that I even have it on. The straps that wrap around the waist are filled with button slots, making it adjustable for a very large range of people. The castor oil was absorbed quickly into the cotton side of the wrap, and I used a generous portion of oil on my first effort. No oil leaked or dripped while I was using it.
