This textbook was for my very first class on Quality Management. Well laid out.

Needed for school, perfect price

This book was required for a graduate course. The information was pertinent to the course however, the formatting was terrible. It was extremely difficult to determine and differentiate between the text and examples within the book. Also, there were two incorrect statements provided in the textbook that were reported to the editor and publisher by my professor and they were not correct in my textbook. The examples are in gray boxes and the book lacks color in the graphs so there is a lot of gray on gray within charts, graphs, and the examples making it difficult to determine where the text information starts and the information within the examples starts.

Works well.

The book came torn, very disappointing. I need a replacement ASAP!

Honestly, I'm in the next semester and I literally can't remember anything this class/book did.

The information on the book is awesome. Visual information helps a lot undestanding everythig you need.The downside is the printing quality: the paper looks very cheap and the cover apparently was made in my grandpa old garage.GOODContentBADPrinting quality is worse than bad
