This dress outfit up is actually great quality to wear if your child likes petticoat type skirts. It is really cute and well made. The hair band is nice quality to wear on its own as well. The netting is soft as described. Not too too fluffy, so if you're looking for a "stand up, stand out" stiff petticoat outfit, this is not it. It lays down while at the same time providing that "ballerina" effect.

I bought a size 7/8 for my daughter's birthday. She loves Moana, and she loved this outfit. The colors are bright and it's a cute style. The skirt is plenty long to be school appropriate, and it seems to made of quality materials. I wash the tulle skirt in a garment bag so it doesn't snag on things. Seems like it's true to size and I expect this will fit her for a couple of years. Great purchase!

My skinny small 5yo who often wears a 4T needed 6x to fit around her waist. But she absolutely loves this so we're happy they had a size that fit and din't hurt. She really wanted the Elsa one but they didn't have it in the right size.
