Good faucet
First, let me caution anyone buying this to check the overall height. I didn't and it was too tall to fit where I needed it to. Fortunately the seller was very helpful and found me a shorter riser pipe to get that made it work.As for the faucet, it was easy to assemble and the instructions were pretty good. It works well so far. My only minor concern is that the hand washing faucet part seems loose and I worry it might start leaking there. Time will tell, and it's working good now. Overall I think it deserves 5 stars.

I own a restaurant this product are same as the restaurant supplier, with 1/2 price

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The brass fittings were a pain to get not to leak, and then when I started to turn it on the flexible hose literally leaked water like a soaker hose. Maybe I just got a junk one but very disappointed.

Overall pleased with the faucet
The drywall anchors don't work, they're used to secure the shaft. The anchors spin inside the drywall as the screw is driven in.

Broke in the first week
I had this professionally installed into a commercial kitchen and the pipe broke right next to the hot and cold handles and water was spewing out.
