By far this is my favorite candle.
I absolutely love this scent. It smells like actual trees to me and it is just so refreshing in my place. I've gone through more of these than any other candle over the past year. Not sweet, not "spicy", not balsam. Just a good clear fir scent.

Disappointed with shipping and lack of fragrance
Ordered two 3"x6" pillar candles as gift and was projected to arrive the Saturday before Christmas. It didn't arrive and a week after Christmas I inquired as the tracking indicated no movement. The following week they arrived in good condition and today we lit the first one and it's been burning for three hours and in a 10 x 20 room the fragrance is non-existent. It's a shame to spend $30 per candle and not receive what was advertised. I do find it interesting that so many reviews indicate a great fragrance, perhaps so batches are better than others and this batch missed out on the fragrance component.

NO SCENT
I LOVE candles, especially the balsam scented ones. I read the reviews for the Thymes Fraser Fir and decided before investing in the glass container, that I would try the 4x4 pillar candle. I have burned it for two hours a day for two days in a row. THERE IS NO SCENT WHATSOEVER. NOT only am I disappointed but SO upset that I have to pay $20 to Amazon for an inferior product. I cannot return it.

Beautiful, but not as strong as hoped.
Wonderful smell, but I think because since the wax needs to be more solid, the scent isn’t as strong as the jar candles.

Less scent , great customer service
I contacted customer service for an issue with the pillar candle and they refunded my money with no problem. Fast, super courteous and professional. I will buy from them again.
