Awesome bird cage
We have a budgie who use to live in another, fancier and more expensive, cage. Every time we would try to take him out of the cage, he would get nippy, or jump back inside. We bought this one because its door is wide and big, so it is easier to take birdie out of his cage to play. The wire is thin, so I imagine the bird can see better outside of it, as we can se him better too. The deep bottom and feeder have help cut down the mess of seeds he used to live when he ate (happy me), and the stand with wheels is a winner. We can roll him to a window, to a more quiet area, or anywhere. Because the cage is not attached to the stand, we can take the bird, cage and all, upstairs. However the cage fits firmly on the stand, and it's not wobbly at all. I'd say you may be able to fit 2 budgies in it, but maybe no more than that. The only con is the wire at the bottom of the cage that sits between bird and the tray catches too much of the bird's poop, making the "easy clean slide tray" kind of pointless. I'd rather do without a wire bottom, and a lock mechanism on the tray to preven the bird from escaping (and maybe a tighter fit for the same reason).

Bars are too far apart for small birds. Unsafe for parakeets.
Our little parakeet tried to escape through the bars on the corners. Easy fix, we zip tied them closer together. Then I looked at our little fella to see his head, wing and half his body sticking out of the bars above the front door panel. Those horizontal bars are farther apart than the vertical bars on the side. Unfortunately our solution was to purchase a cage with smaller bar spacing. We adopted a new bird, larger than our escapee. Things were going well, she did not fit between the bars. However, she was scaling the top of the cage where the hinge for the top door is located and her leg got stuck. Fortunately we noticed she was flapping her wings unusually, so we checked her. We were able to separate the bars enough to set her free. We then placed a braided perch over the hinges so she does not accidentally get stuck again. I would not recommend this cage to anyone with a smaller bird, especially young birds (as they are even smaller). It is overall not very safe as small birds have too many places to get caught on, and many alterations have to be made to prevent this (with no guarantee).

Actually Pretty Nice Cage
Cage is actually much bigger than some of these reviews are saying. As a bird owner I've had plenty of store bought cages and this one cage is really nice and sterdy. I like that the top opens and the wooden rods are much thicker then average bird cage ones. Definitely happy but the box didn't come with instructions so I just went of the store picture and figured it out on my own, most of the cage came together anyways ,the stand didn't.PS the swing does not come with the cage I purchased that on Amazon also :')..

Great home for our little family member
Its a great cage for the price! Our cockatiel has tons of room and loves to sit on top.Can easily fit 2 to 3 birds of this size or smaller. Its wonderful how the top panels of tye cage open and the wood perch holds it open for her to access it easily. The front door has tons of room for accessing the interior with ease. The bars were bent in a couple places but easily bent back to where they should be. Just needed a couple more perches as it only comes with 3 and one is for the top only. In all, a wonderful home for my bird for the price!

Awesome cage!
This cage is the perfect size for a single parakeet and her toys. She LOVES it! It comes with all the tools and parts, is super obvious how to assemble it, it's sturdy, the casters roll smoothly, even on carpet. I highly recommend this cage.

Very pretty cage, roomy for a small to medium bird.
I upgraded my lovebirds cage from a small one to this one. Now she has plenty of room to move around. It's easy to install and clean. I like the bottom part where I can fold their night time blanket. The cage is light so I can move it outside with no problems whenever I need to move it for her to enjoy fresh air outside.

Cage great, stand rickety.
Cage is nice size for my Greencheek. One thing I didn't think of is with the top opening, hard to place toys a bit. They slide. My only complaint is really rickety on the stand. I get is a cheaper cage, but wish it fit stand better.
