Small and neat, ideal to keep in vehicle and does the job
Handy item to have and very compact to keep in the glovebox just in case. Used to good effect with a bridge superzoom but I would think a large SLR and a big lens would be a bit much for it. Clamps securely to the window and it is extremely useful to have a camera with a folding and tilting viewing screen so you can be a right angles to the camera when it is in the mount and remain comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but the screw thread which goes into the camera was too long and didn't allow the camera to 'bottom-out' on the mounting plate leaving it insecure. I foxed this myself simply by dismantling and putting in 2 small washers as spacers. Cant imagine my Canon camera has an especially shallow mounting point so this might be a problem for a lot of people.

Great little device for scoping from your car.
A very solid little gadget, makes car scoping so much easier than trying to balance your scope on the window top edge. Made by German company (don't know where tho') and seems good quality. Much cheaper than any of the scope makers' versions, altho' simpler than some, but does the job. Free delivery from Germany - a couple of ££ cheaper if you order direct from Seben, BTW. If you want Amazon security, pay the extra as I did.

The price is right!
An ideal answer for those wishing to take pictures whilst sat in their car. Price is a fraction of that of the alternatives, so of course there's a downside, well no there isn't really. Used with my Canon Eos 600D and the standard kit lens it's great. Not yet sure how it will cope with the extra weight and torque of my Tamron 70-300mm lens, but watch this space.

Have used timelapse from vehicle with good results
Well made item but limited use if trying to film on the move especially if car windows angled. Trying to keep a level horizon whilst panning impossible. Have used timelapse from vehicle with good results

A good idea, but rarely needed
Seemed useful but never used in anger. Not recommended for use on a moving vehicle.
