My niece has been using Sea Moss for a while and is very happy with the results. After much research into the benefits of sea vegetables I took the plunge and decided to try Pureclinica's Seamoss, Bladderwrack and Burdock Root complex. I chose this product because it contained all of the ingredients that I wanted and in doses that are actually designed to make a difference. Some other products contain small amounts of ingredients just so that they can be listed on the bottle. Having tried other Pureclinica products in the past, I know that they are always dosed to work.I understand that seamoss is great for heart health but it's too early to tell in that regard. What I can say is that I have experienced a notable increase in energy and a very positive impact on my digestive system. I will definitely be continuing with these. At around £5 a month, they are terrific value too.

Don't know about you, but I prefer swallowing the least number of pills. And that you get all this promised goodness in a single capsule in a (albeit) plastic bottle (would have been better glass),that lasts for 4 months, without the need to down lots of sea moss? 4/5.-0.8 on the bottle thing.

Seaweed is rich in dietary fibre, which is in the form of polysaccharides, a fibre we can’t digest but the bacteria in our gut can thank goodness –this acts as prebiotic or food source for these beneficial gut microbes. Yay!Helping the gut bacteria in this way helps create a good environment promoting the microbes which offer us benefits. It’s these gut bacteria which, among other things, help shape our health through their production of beneficial compounds called short chain fatty acids. Love this stuff!

The supplement is easy to take and comes with all the normal safety seals. No unusual smell and easy to use. Being using for almost 1/2 month and haven’t really noticed and change in my wellbeing or health.

So pleased with this find. Definitely into using sea moss daily in one or more forms (Amazon sells some sea moss with different fruits in it which are blended to be a bit like a preserve. Surprisingly good taste for the ones I've tried.)There are other ingredients, which have also been good to me over time.These capsules are easy to swallow. No weird taste. No reflux or other problems. Good way to get your minerals in.
