I bought this to filter my oil from the deep fat fryer which I like to empty and filter after each use .. it works perfectly. When it arrived I wasnt sure it would work as the holes in the filter are so small but I was pleasantly surprised...it removes even the smallest of particles leaving my oil completely clear like new ready to use again. It cleans very easily in the dishwasher or even by hand in some warm soapy water... would recommend.

This is a solid item and with its small removeable filter has stopped the grit and dust clogging up my mower when I refuel.Thanks.

This is a surprisingly deep & wide stainless steel funnel which is also lightweight. It comes with a removable strainer to fine-filter particles from liquids, herbal tea leaves etc. which is a rather loose fit inside the funnel and works better if you stretch the bendy arms wider so it has more grip on the funnel and won’t fall out or move about when you tip it.The funnel has a large and useful loop-handle to hold on to when you use it and attach it to a suspension-hook when not in use.Good value and a useful kitchen item.

-Packaging-The finished stainless steel strainer funnel will be sturdy enough on its own, however, the packaging is always important; and I was sad to see an excess of plastic bags around this product. Probably not a deal-breaker, but not ideal.-Use-Its a good concept, almost like a sieve and funnel rolled into one.I have been using this to sieve larger clumps out of fine powders, although my main problem is the way the filter / sieve is attached: there is some sort of clip / spring system that works to hold it in place. But I found that it doesn't work too well and can become dislodged, and allow larger particles through. Its a shame, but can be overcome just by holding your thumb on the filter while you are shaking it.Overall-I would say quite good, just a shame about the clip, but it wouldn't really stop me buying it

The wide width of this funnel and being made from stainless made it easy to clean and get rid of grease as I used it to filter out oil. With my old plastic funnel this was usually difficult to do. filtered out oil quite well.

It's a perfectly good funnel with a small detachable filter (not used so far). Survived the dishwasher.

I picked this up to go alongside a funnel o bought at the same time. I figured this would be good for straining broths and similar into jars. It works but the little mesh strainer part is kind of fiddly. It's very easy to bend the prongs that hold it in place too far so it's not very secure. However that said you can just bend them back. It works but it's not quite what I was expecting.

Bought this funnel filter to strain my cooking oil, it's light but well made and does the job perfectly. I thought that the removable filter was going to be a problem because where it sits is not recessed, however my concerns were unfounded as there was no movement even when pouring in the oil. Very easy to clean, just pop it in the dishwasher. Very pleased with my purchase, would recommend
