Arch Support Orthotic Shoe Insoles for Women-Men Shoe Inserts Recommended for Plantar Fasciitis Fallen Arches or Flat Feet Pain Relief, Injury Prevention and Faster Recovery

I bought these to put in my work shoes. I needed something with the insole because I walk on pavement all day but I also needed something to give my foot an Arch. I have very flat feet and it causes a few different issues. I would say these are true to size. If you are at the lower end of the size range, you would probably have to trim them which isn't a big deal. The arch is semi rigid but it does offer a lot of support. The only reason I say semi-rigid is because the plastic piece has Cuts or vents in it. It is serving its purpose though. I will definitely be reordering when I need to. I would recommend these only if you plan to leave them in the shoe the majority of the time. Because the bottom is rubber so they don't slide while walking in the shoe, it is a bit of a pain to constantly switch them around. I started to do that but ended up going with a 3/4 insole to move around in my other shoes.

I am so happy to have found these insoles. I received them yesterday and they feel just wonderful. I didn't even have to trim them. Earlier this year I bought orthotic's from a podiatrist. $600.00 , they actually killed my feet. Since I have tried 4 different kinds of insoles, none of them helped. I bought blue one's and they hug my arch gently and give me adequate support without any pain what so ever. Thank's to the person who answered my questions, and to those who wrote reviews, because that was a lot of help for a new buyer. I highly recommend these as I have very flat feet and severe pronation. My balance is mush better with them and I have happy feet.

Small things- the diagram seemed to represent exactly what was going on with my gait—- so I tried them out and they work exactly as pictured, “neutralizing “ my whacked out feet. I hope they last longer than the other kind I’ve been using. I will get these again, probably another pair just cuz.

They do the job and I went from limping in pain to walking without it. My only complaint is that after a bit they get a smell...not my feet, but the insoles. It becomes vile. But for awhile they are great and I wear a set for a few months before I need a new one due to smell. Relieves the pain and I do recommend them!

OMG!! Amazing. I was in so much pain from standing up and picking up heavy items in my job. I have real bad flat feet and very laxed ligaments so my ankle drops. Anyways I was recommend surgery years ago due to pain. i was out of work for so long because of the pain. So i tried these and I have tried others and this thing right here killed the ankle pain I was having by 70% (still sore). I only wore it for one day. I feel like i am standing straighter and my knees hurt less. I am still going to see a doctor about my foot but this right here helps it alot for now. What a great buy.

I've been using Super Feet Green inserts for arch support, but these have twice the arch support for about 1/3 the price. Ordered one to try it out, and immediately ordered more for each pair of shoes and house slippers. I have flat feet, which also causes some pain on outside of knee. With these, feet feel good, and knee no longer hurts. Very happy with them.One note: I ordered men's 8.5 to 10, but its exactly size 9 (and can be trimmed smaller). It matched exactly with my existing size 9 inserts, and went into the shoe perfectly with no trimming, so if you need size 10, maybe order 1 size up.

I have have very low arches next to being flat footed. Was using dr scholls pain relief 3/4 arch supports. They worked but after awhile they started shifting in my work boot causing discomfort. The support almost seemed non existent. I bought the okay brand and freaking liv. Full insert with high, hard arches. Excellent support like the over priced vionic line. Also, they are not much more than the dr scholls pain relief I was using. Will be buying a few more pairs for some other shoes I use often to avoid moving them in and out.

These arch supports really helped foot, knee and back problems. I ordered two more pairs after trying the first. My only complaint is that the fabric peeled away and I got huge blisters from it running on my toes. I hope I can glue it back.
