Palsy Walsy
Manhattan Toy has created a beautifully detailed, solidly constructed wooden activity/pull toy that is authentically reminiscent of the Fisher-Price's Little Snoopy Toy , seal and monkey pull toys of the bygone era of handcrafted-style toys (see pic). This is an heirloom toy, and discerning parents will appreciate its fine craftsmanship, colors and utility. The many moving parts encourage tactile exploration by the 12 month+ age range. The large interior wooden blue wagon that forms the base of the bunny character invites imaginative play beyond that as a shape sorter container. Even the soft white and fluffy tail shows an appreciation that young children have for touch and sensation.I can see this toy - as well as the Toy My Pal Truman and the Stack and Pull Train - showing up in family attics 50 years from now. My Pal Clover is a great piece from a company that clearly values creating quality wooden toys that stand both the test of vigorous play and time.

I like it! Not so much for my grandson...
I love the authenticity of a wooden toy. I think it's neat...but my grandson didn't gravitate to it. Am saving it for my next grandchild coming this year!

Very well made wood pull toy
A cute all wood pull toy for toddlers. It's a perfect size about 8" high and almost 9 " long. The wheels have a little rubber band inset into the wood wheels so the cart can go on any surface. The abacus is a big hit, love to spin those beads! There is also a flower on each side which spin and the eyes twirl from open to closed. Very charming. The item I received is not painted exactly as shown in the product picture - the bunny's eyes are all black - not grey with a black pupil as shown in the photo. When the bunny is "sleeping" they eye just looks like a black circle, when the bunny's eyes are open there is a white dot floating in the black circle. This does not take away from the fun, Also the tail is a little odd, it's a 78" fuzzy strip, which I just tied into a knot. Could probably do without that. The blocks are nice and do fit into the slots easily - the entire toy is very well sanded so there are no rough edges. My granddaughter wasn't so interested in the blocks though so I put them away. It's more fun to pull Clover around the house and pick up odd items to put into her cart. Toddlers still enjoy pull toys and despite the eye painting this is a cute one.

Old-school and cute as a button
This sweet little bunny rolls easily on any surface, without a noisy clatter — a problem I’ve seen with other pull toys. The painted wooden structure is durable, smooth and ascetically pleasing. It’s well-built and has a pleasing old-school feel to it.I do wish that the little yellow pull rope were a little sturdier at the end — it seems like it could fray pretty easily. But the rope is the perfect length for a pull toy like this.Clover packs in a few kiddie toys into one adorable package, including an abacus and a few matching block shapes. The space for the wooden blocks also functions as a miniature wagon that can be used to wheel around some of your kid’s smaller toys. All in all, it’s definitely something your boy or girl will enjoy.

it just looks like large black eyes
Very cute. Found the paint colour on the eyes to be quite dark. it's hard to differentiate the grey and black, therefore, it just looks like large black eyes. There's also a weird faux fur long tail, which is not shown in the photo. Don't rabbits have a round fluffy tail?
