Okay so I posted some photos for proof. This is the 2nd time purchasing from this company and the 2nd time I reached the same problem. The first time I purchased ink the cartridges were half full and gave me maybe 15copies before the ink was fading, so disappointing! But the company was kind enough to replace my items so I gave them 5 stars, so I put it up to chance and ordered again thinking the first time was most likely a first time error but nope.. the first pic i only put in the color cartridge and as you can see its not full, I even deep cleaned before inserting and after inserting and still no difference, the color is obviously not filled all the way. I put in the black ink hoping it will not be the same result and thank goodness that one was full.

Both cartridges fit perfectly, and both work - but the color only shows about 80% full, and the black is very streaky when printing images with a lot of deeply saturated blacks.Edit: The company reached out to me in regards to the issues that I was having, and are attempting to make the problem right. I will definitely be purchasing from them again, just based on customer experience. They want to make sure that you are taken care of.

both of these work great in my printer and done work on plain paper Pictures. so 5 stars for me. Love how it just works.

So far, it works beautifully. The color is vibrant and rich. The true test for me though, is how long it lasts. I know how long the Cannon XL ink cartridge lasts, and if this one lasts as long as the manufacturers ink cartridge, I will use you permanently.

Update to 5 stars. I initially rated 3 stars due to a compatibility issue. Cartridge went rogue after 1/3 ink usage. I made a return, and my price was refunded right away. Update - Although I returned for refund, Seller still sent replacement set, along with their concern for the issue I had. Installed the new black cartridge today, and printer accepted it w/ no problem. Have printed only 2 pages, but, I'm upgrading review to 5 stars, even if the problem reoccurs. Seller stands behind the product, and that means a lot. Hopefully, I'll get to use the entire cartridges - either way, thank you!.

I recently received a message from "MIROO", regarding the ink that I purchased from your company. At first, I was willing to accept that the ink was doing its job, nothing more exceptional than that. For almost two months I have NOT been able to use my printer because I keep o receiving a message that says that I DON'T have any ink. I have some color ink but no black ink. This is after printing less than 20 pages (partially). I would love to give a Good review if the product that I PAID for worked correctly. I am sadly disappointed now because I don't know how to reach the company anymore. Btw, the product is NO LONGER DECENT, if it doesn't work.Bill Rowels

The best re-manufactured ink I've ever ordered! Worth the reasonable dollars I spent! When I need more ink, I'm going to go to "My Orders" and click "Buy Again"...great product!
