Bought this beauty a month and a half ago. This is my first coffee machine and I have to say this that this machine makes excellent coffee. Plus no other machine available at this rate provides good quality cup. The material used seems durable. This machine is extremely simple to use and clean. Although it does require a smaller cup to collect the coffee. All in all, a total value for money coffee machine. Go for it.

1. Even at the highest temperature setting, the coffee is barely lukewarm. The cold coffee will make you pukish.2. The froth is missing entirely. You can get a rich fluffy froth even if you make the coffee by hand and not a machine. This machine is a scam.3. Compared both cheaper as well as the expensive models and the taste of espresso from this machine is different and really disappointing.Basically, if you really value your money and taste buds, either go for some other company or stick to the classic Indian way of making coffee manually cause this machine is nothing but a burden. Everyday you’ll look at it, doing nothing as it sucks at its job, and remind you of the money you wasted. The capacity is good, water leakage isn’t there, though the cleaning function is not useful, leaves an odour behind, the size is sleek and good for small kitchen counters. But not worth it. Avoid if you can.

I am a coffee aficionado and already have a espresso maker but wanted to try a coffee capsule style machine . The advantage of this is that it is very easy to use and eliminates the coffee grinding adding to filter etc. The coffee pods are easy to use and lasts for a very long time as these are sealed.I also like that I can add ground coffee also which I use for my espresso maker and it also allows to add any pod from any brand, i currently add the Starbucks one.

The only reason I bought this machine was because of the added cappuccino feature, and sadly the cappuccino button doesn’t even work, the milk container can’t be detected by the machine. The service engineer from company came and told that the machine would be replaced, it’s been two weeks that I had been waiting for a response after that and now when I call them they say that machine can’t be replaced. Don’t buy the machine guys, I don’t know if the company will even do anything to help in future if any problem occurs in the machine.

I like the pod feature very much since it is very easy to use. Occasionally I brew with ground coffee too. So, buying this makes perfect sense.The build is also good. It is cute and makes superb coffee.Few days back I had some doubts regarding how to use it, I reached out to the team and they very kindly guided me online how to use it.

This is a horrible product. After 30 days it is not heating any more. The milk is not foaming.Waste of money. No customer service response or any warranty service.
