Quality.
Love the atenttion that was put in this tool, and up on close inspection the front plate has a deformation on the bottom by the screws but nothing is perfect. Mechanism work as it should. Chrome is really good. Balance of the tool is way good. 100 dollar tool that is worth it.

Well made
Gear contact is tight in a good way in your hand this ratchet feels great even with my big hands its very comfortable. The Chrome is amazing great along with the finish. The feed back iin hand when using it is great and the weight is perfect for me . Shipping was great from this seller I would recommend them . The best part is right here my almost same size snap on cost me well more than this ratchet and its a great ratchet in my opinion this is one feels way better and feels welll better made .

These are terrible ratchets and nowhere near worth the price...
To be honest, I don't like these nepros ratchets at all. I used to be so enamored by their beauty. They have beautiful chroming and are a beautiful looking tool, but they just don't perform. I went on a spree a few months ago and purchased 7 or 8 of them in various different lengths and drive sizes. Several of them had issues out of the box. There were high spots in some of the gearing, there were several that would lock up after oiling or greasing the inner mechanism, the handles are bulky, the ratchets are heavy, and they just aren't anything special. Every single one was bone dry on the inside and had to be lubricated. At that price point, I shouldn't have to lubricate anything. Then, after lubricating several of them, many of them would begin to lock up on me and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. After hours of tinkering and cussing, I finally cleaned the inside out back to bone dry, and low and behold, no more locking. There is a lot of play on the anvil and when the socket on the anvil as well. All of them are quick release, which I hate. Especially on the flex head versions because you're constantly having to chase the head around to release the socket. They also put slicone band on the handles. Wtf?? Who even does that? On the flex heads, they put that nylon piece to put tension on the flex head too. Silicone and plastic on a ratchet meant to be heavily used and get soaked in all types of fluids? Talk about highly degradable items. The back drag is absolutely nothing special. In fact it's about average or below average in my opinion. It's pretty rough, and they come bone dry. After lubricating it, it does improve a little, but then some of them start to lock up because of the lubrication as I mentioned before. They are extremely overpriced for what they are and are not worth the high price tag at all. I tell everyone I can who is considering getting a nepros ratchet to steer far and clear. Like I said, they are gorgeous ratchets with absolutely beautiful chroming and finish, but that's it. They are just pretty tools. They don't perform and are not a tool for the working man. If you really want a truly superior Japanese ratchet, get a koken. They are cheaper than the nepros and far superior in every aspect. The nepros ratchets are way over hyped by all these influencers, but have you ever seen someone actually using one? Nope. They all say it's too pretty to use. If they were to use it, they'd see how crappy they really are. Why spend all that money on a tool that you won't use, or use sparingly? They just aren't all they are cracked up to be and for the price, you could do so much better. You're literally in snap on territory with the price range of these ratchets. Kokens are waaayyyy better, I promise you.

Is it a ratchet? Yes. Is it worth the price? Nope!
It's a ratchet. It feels no worse or better than a standard one. I will never buy a tool from this overpriced brand again.

Fantastic, NEW small headed design.10/10
This newer version smaller head design is even better than the original version, noticeable difference working on modern vehicles with restricted spaces.Nepros have certainly improved on what was already a superb design, the hollowed handle offers even better performance, perfect balance, comfort and ergonomics. Definitely the new go to ratchet.

まず仕上げはキレイですね、流石NEPROSです。このAモデルからヘッドが一回りコンパクトになっているので、使いやすいと感じています。重量配分もよく、全体的に軽くはないですが使いやすいです。空転トルクの音は正直前モデルの方が好みでした(^^;

Slop in the quick release
While the chrome quality is second to none, there is slop once you put a socket on. I can pull the socket away from the base of the ratchet at least 1-2mm. This happens no matter what brand socket I use.I have two of these and both did the same. My old NBR390 does the same.My 6.35mm Nepros does not have any slop when a socket is attached.
