Outstanding. Very comfortable and light. Grips feet very gently. Worth the money.
This is an outstanding shoe that makes walking even long distances enjoyable.I have long seen Peu on the feet of Spanish friends and colleagues, but didn’t think that the style was for me as foot problems and very narrow feet have made slip-on styles out of bounds. Yet, for some reason, this model seems to work on different shapes of foot... even mine.I usually wear a 40-40.5 and bought a 40, which fits well. The model accomodates my low-profile orthotics which slide in without difficulty. I have almost completely flat feet and get ‘gapping’ at the top of most shoes, but with the orthotics in place and Camper’s famous elastic Peu laces doing their thing the shoes feel and look great. After 5+ hours of walking and being on my feet I feel no pain; this is praise indeed from someone who feels pain after wearing most shoes for an hour or two. On warm days when feet expand in the heat the soft leather expands, too. This means that the shoes don’t squeeze your feet. The leather is notably soft but not at all flimsy. It will not become baggy and misshapen. At least not in my experience. The colour of the shoes is more of a dark chestnut brown than a dark chocolate brown. The laces are a slightly lighter shade and more of a red with a slightly orange hue than in the image. I was pleasantly surprised about how they looked in real life.An amazing shoe.

Sadly too small
I've had Camper Peu from >10 years ago in size 38 (UK 5) and loved them. After they finally broke I've ordered these new ones in the same size. Sadly they came out too small. They might have fitted from the size of the sole but the shoes were too tight so that my foot almost didn't get into the shoe. So if you are between sizes, order the larger size.

Beautiful shoes
I used to have Camper shoes many years ago and I knew about product quality. This shoes offer comfortable walking. They are waterproof and finally my socks and feet are not wet anymore. In cold weather maybe you need some thick socks but apart that I would 100% recommend them.

Comfortable. Overpriced. Leather quality: low.
Yes I would recommend these shoes because they are undeniably comfortable. Literally like walking in lovely soft cushioned sleepers. However, the quality of the leather, the built and the laces... well... they are OK... I am glad I didn’t pay the full price from camper website. I am sure I will buy this model again in the future. But, yes they are overpriced. The design for a woman... is ok... Main advice: protect them with some waterproof/stains spray. The material is not a high quality one.Update and tip: very comfortable like wearing sleepers or walking barefoot to me. I have bought a couple of extra elasticated laces (pale yellow and pale pink) for two reasons: 1st for this price camper should include one extra pair of laces. And second and most important, the original ones are too tight, too short. I have thin feet, not a problem with too wide, fatty or fluid retention. I always have been considered to have thin feet even having trouble for this reason getting shoes in the past with the right fit. Saying this, Yes! The new laces and done correctly (key aspect too) My new shoes are perfect and beautiful. I look like a school girl because of the original design but I don’t care. For casual wearing with jeans are wonderful and I will buy again! Even if I have to replace laces and get a spare. One more thing: No arch support if you needed any. I overpronate and well, that is just me, I also change the insoles. I am a UK 7 and it is all sorted. They would feel very cold for winter temperatures near 0 degrees or below. Otherwise great.

Supercomfortable
The most comfortable shoe I have ever used. Leather soft as butter that adjusts perfectly to the shape of the foot. And the sole is unbeliavable comfortable despite being so thin. I can walk for hours without feeling tired or pain in the soles of my feet. I am not sure how can Camper make it. The colour is lovely too and will go well with many different garments. I don't like elastic sholaces so I replaced them with regular ones of a darker colour, and they look great. All in all a great purchase.

SIZING: 7 / 7.5 needed an 8 (an 8.5 might work if they made them) - see note about picture
MORTON'S NEUROMA: I slipped out the insoles and slipped in my orthotics and my feet immediately thanked me... that would be my two Morton's Neuromas on both feet.CORRECT TOES: My medium Correct Toes fit with the pinkie toe spacer cut in half (pinkie toe spacer cut in half because my feet aren't quite wide enough for a medium Correct Toes but are too big for the small).COMPLAINT ABOUT OPENING: The complaint is real. Getting into these shoes is like going to war and the tongue loop is positioned slightly too far down creating an additional annoyance.OPENING FIX: I fixed this with a reworking of the laces so that the last hole was not used. Also, I rerouted the tongue lacing (the lace goes through the tongue loop before passing through the 4th hole on the great toe side); this took care of the tongue slippage problem and made the different lacing look better. I've included a picture so you can see how I redid the laces them. There's no need to pass it back over the completed pass before the last hole--my goal was to save some of the lace in case I need a wee bit more lace later.PICTURE DISCLAIMER: The shiny strip you see is not shiny and it's not noticeable in real life on the black shoe (I don't know what colour it is on the other shoes of this style)--and it would be partially obscured if I didn't run the lace backward over the previous loop. What is it? It's a we bit of soft fabric on top of the shoe that's placed there, I presume, to smooth out the movement of the top lace. And that bright white thing that looks like a tear is actually just the flash reflecting off of the leather of the shoe.I think I'm going to love these shoes. So much that I've gone ahead and purchased the fur lined boots.

Wrong Size Has Been Delivered
I satisfied with The Camper Sneakers with beautiful finishing and craftsmanship. But a pair of wrong size (UK4) has been delivered to me.
