Product was suppose to be a powder, but when opened and removed the protective film, was one solid, hard piece of something.The scoop was imbedded in the product as well as the desiccant. Was not even able to break the product up to try and use it. This is the second time this product arrived and not in a powder form.

It does kind of taste like watermelon, but there is a taste in there that taste like a rotten tooth. It doesn’t linger though. I expected it to be sweet., However, it works incredible. My workouts have been extremely energetic and I sweat even more. My workouts are longer now because it works well

I'm very conflicted about this. I got this one on a friends recommendation. My first one arrived completely solid and melted together. I don't remember if it was damaged in travel or if it was just too hot in the delivery car, but it also smelled awful when I opened it, so I thought it was spoiled and requested a replacement. The 2nd one arrived only 80% melted together and only smelled bad instead of awful. That in combination with me being too lazy to see a local shop had it in stock had me just throwing it in a blender to turn it back to powder. The taste is not great and the powder will separate out of the water if you leave it sitting for a minute or two. If you don't mix it back before drinking, the bottom of the cup is... very strong in it's flavor.And I'm conflicted, because in spite of all the cons it did work for me. I lost 20 lbs in the month and a half I've been taking it. To be fair, that month and a half also involved going to the gym 5-6 times a week, cutting down on fast food drastically, and completely overhauling my diet to mostly homecooked, healthier meals. But I've been trying various different pre-workouts for the past year and this was the one that made it go down. So I just bought another one in a different flavor and am gonna hope that one tastes better.

I received this yesterday and got to use it this morning. I am not a morning person therefore I am not a gym person🤣🤣but I got goals so I decided to make a 10oz that is 1 scoop. I did 40 mins on the treadmill and let me tell you, I was dripping in sweat I was almost embarrassed 🤣🤣and then did a little weights and just the 4 sets I did, I was still sweating. If we didn't leave early die to other obligations, i could have did another hour and sweated my ass off some more. I am so looking forward to my workout tomorrow!!Best part, the taste and it didn't taste like all the other pre-workouts. It literally was smooth and a balance of sweets. It's delicious 😋I will definitely be buying this again when I am close to being out!!!

I honestly went on the website to order it, but it was going to take some time so found it here and literally got it within 24 hours. It’s a good boost of caffeine. It also helps you sweat while you work out if you do have issues with that. As a mom of 3 boys my youngest just turned 2 it helps my energy level on nights I don’t get as much sleep or have as much energy
