Product arrived without top cap, brush seems to be used and slighty crimped. Cant use

UPDATE*** This brush is not professional quality. I am definitely returning for a higher quality brush. The bristles fall out after each use. It can’t keep up with normal use.I have been a nail tech since 2016, that being said. I have gone through a lot of acrylic brushes. With this brush, quality is visible. The brush hairs are tapered slightly. They are a great length. The brush feels amazing in your hand.

My go to brush
Had for almost 3 years and I still prefer to use over my alpha brushes. I crimped both this brush and the alpha but this is my go to brush

Nice brush, but too small for the size I used to buy.

EXTREMELY SMALL AND NOT TO ORDER
This brush is EXTREMELY small. I ordered a size 16 and it honestly looks like a size 10. Not to mention that I ordered it crimp and it came in an oval shape. Will not be purchasing again. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied.
