Love this machine. It is larger than I thought it would be, but that's a good thingI feel very safe and steady on it. Having several settings is good. Would highly recommend it.

Quite expensive for what it is. I recently bought a power plate but it didn't come with instructions for use so this was the only option for me. It's a poster and is too large for everyday use and would be more suitable for a wall in a gym as a permanent fixture. It isn't laminated and doesn't justify the price. Instructions could be more detailed.

An excellent exerciser once assembled but lacking in instructions and a poorly translated Owner's Manual eg1-50 glasses of different working speed , Automatic Program P3 Fartlek training for advanced athletes . ( with Flatulence? )Assembly Instructions...You will need some Cello tape ( why ? - no strings attached )Stand on the foodboard, hold the handle ( you'll come to a sticky end if you used the cello tape ) If you have any respiratory dieses ( you'll die gasping )

Great item and well packaged in hard circular tube to protect it whilst posting. good explanation of exercises and easy to see and read - i put brown packaging tape around edges so as it will stay up sturdy as i didnt want to put it on the wall but store it behind the machine - great bargain - "Exercising to lose weight KAREN in Belfast!"

I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS POSTER AS ALTHOUGH SHOWING DIFFERENT POSITIONS IT DOES NOT SPECIFY WHAT PART OF THE BODY THE MACHINE IS WORKING ONI ASKED ON GOOGLE FOR THE PARTS OF THE BODY I WANTED TO WORK ON WITH THE GADGET FIT POWER VIBRATION PLATE AND WAS ABLE TO PRINT OUT A FULL BODY EXERCISES AND POSITIONS USING THE PLATE SO THE POSTER IS ON THE WALL ABOVE THE MACHINE AND LITERALLY NOT BEING USED

Very satisfied of the machine and delivery . It is early to tell about the way it works but I.ve noticed changes in my shape even after my first time. So that's great! I think I'll be even more pleased as the time passes.
