I am absolutely amazed at the difference the sleeves have made in my comfort and mobility. I have severe arthritis, multiple tears in both meniscus, synovitis, and frequent bleeding in the knee joints and surrounding tissues. Constant pain and swelling in both knees has kept me in a wheelchair for the last 6 years since I am not a candidate for surgery. Recently a brace fabricator tried to make custom braces but each product has been unsatisfactory. I was not hopeful that there would be any product that would help me. But I was wrong! When I first put the Athledic sleeves on, the compression was comforting and provided a sense of security. The ability to adjust the placement and tension of both straps provided superior support and customization. It took a few hours but the pain level was decreased in each knee by at least half of what it had been. After a couple of days of wearing the sleeves I couldn't believe how much the swelling had decreased. I have been able to stand and actually walk short distances. The sleeves prevented the hyperextension in one knee that has been a persistent problem. I now have hope and a reason to believe that the compression, support, and adjustibility of the sleeves will produce even greater results in my comfort and mobility. Every similar product in the past has slipped out of place, lost elasticiy, and failed to produce results. Just the opposite with the Athledic sleeves so far. I have no words to describe the difference the sleeves have made in my comfort and quality of life each day, and expect even greater results with time.

A leg sleeve that has a bit of length above and below the knee. Very comfortable, doesn’t roll down and gives nice all day support.

Size, flexibility, comfort.

Received my brace and wore it for the first time for a 3 mile run. Before I get to that, I want to mention fit, quality and proper use (how to wear).I measured my leg, per the instructions provided on the order page. The instructions are clear and thankfully, the fit is perfect.The quality of the brace is top notch. It feels sturdy but not bulky. The seams are smooth and the Velcro is not in a spot that may cause a problem with rubbing.The instructions included for use are straightforward and concise. I even received a follow up email from the vendor with more detailed info and instructions.So, how did it feel and work? My knee pain is pretty severe if I don’t use anything to support it. I’ve been using and enjoying knee tape. But, as great as it works for me, it’s expensive and disposable. This sleeve really helped on my run! My knee didn’t hurt and it didn’t feel swollen or “heavy” afterwards.The sleeve didn’t move around and, for the most part, didn’t rub in the wrong way. I felt a little binding just behind my knee due to the straps but it’s probably because I never have anything behind my knee. I’m hopeful I’ll get used to it.Overall, I think this is going to be a great replacement for tape. I am concerned with longevity though but only time will tell. I’m training for a marathon so it’s going to get a lot of use. I’ll update this review as my runs get longer.I highly recommend this sleeve if you’re experiencing pain and want to remain active. I was really surprised at the comfort, not only of the sleeve but the lack of pain I experienced. I’m placing an order for another, for my other knee!

Overall the compression and feel is good. But I find myself readjusting and pulling the brace up frequently

I bought this for a minor ACL tear that causes 'clicking' in the knee. I've had a number of knee injuries over the years and have other compression wraps but was looking for something new/better. This looked like a good design so I went for it.I followed the sizing guidance and ordered a large. The wrap arrived and was well packaged with instructions on how to use it. The wrap is well made, the design seems to work as anticipated, and overall the wrap is very comfortable… and does a better-than-decent job of staying in place without being too tight.I was contacted by the seller a few days after delivery, to see how things were going with it. I advised them that I liked the wrap, but based on the sizing guidance it seemed like the wrap could be a bit tighter (to provide more overall support). My intention was only to report my experience, but in very short order, they replied stating that sizing can be a bit tricky, that they are trying to get that aspect of the product refined, and they were shipping (not offered to ship - just did it) a Medium to me at no cost. The Medium arrived in 2 days and is certainly tighter, more supporting than the large. I'll be using both sizes for different things (work [all-day use] vs exercise, etc.).If you buy the wrap - you won’t be disappointed. My only input would be to measure from the center of the patella up about 3"- not 4 or 5" - and determine your size from there. OR, if you're unsure, just reach out to these great folks and I'm SURE they will put you on the right path.We're all looking for a good, quality product, at a reasonable price, and then hope for just a little customer support if we need it... well.... here you go. :)

The straps do a good job of keeping the sleeve in place. It's also longer than most other sleeves on the market.

The Knee Sleeve was for my husband. He says it's a bit small, he wishes I had sized up (At 21" around, 6" above the knee he is on the borderline of the measurement for both L and XL his leg is long and he is accustomed to compression socks so sizing down made sense at the time.) He has said that he can do squats without pain while wearing the brace which he cannot do with a previous sleeve that has no straps. He said that the straps felt thin to him (but that they worked)

It worked for me. My knee feels much better. I bought two. I use them both to give myself more support when doing a workout.

good product but a tad longer strap would have been better

I am not impressed with this product. I would say its light support for everyday. I did not find it helpful for when cutting the lawn or gardening. I ended up going to Walmart and buying a much better brace for half the price.
