I'm loving this pastry cutter. It's well-made and the blades cut through dough cleanly and easily. The package even includes a delicious and easy (even for me) recipe for cream scones. I made scones using the recipe and made some larger and some half size using the removable cross blade. I'm thinking that these will work better with wonton wrappers than using a knife. I'm ordering another set for my daughter.

It is not sharp enough to cut a sandwich.Maybe I will use it to cut the dough.

Perfect solution to finding an economical way to to make triangle shaped scones. It was very easy to use and same for cleanup.

These pastry cutters seemed like the solution for making perfectly sized tea sandwiches, but that wasn't the case. We simply wanted to cut through the bread alone, but it tore through it. I was bummed, so that's why I gave 4 stars. Instead of clean cuts, they were ragged edges. I had ordered two sets of these pastry cutters and the other set was for a friend who was making mini scones for our tea party and the cutters worked out great for cutting through her dough. These cutters would be perfect for making sandwiches if only they were sharper. I love the option of pulling out a separator to make a half or a quarter size! A wee bit of engineering rework and these would be flying off the shelves!!!! Please send me a new one if you do!!! Thank you!

These dont cut through constructed sandwiches. Only plain bread.

I had to return these because they didn’t cut a regular sliced sandwich bread.I was so excited to use them for a tea party but was very disappointed.
