The Real Shaving Company Step 2 Moisturising Shave Gel is a professional-grade gel designed for men, offering 125ml of superior hydration and a friction-free shave. I’m really careful what I use for my face as my skin is really....sensitive. The hard water in my area makes it imperative that I use a moisturiser after I wash my face/take a shower. If I don’t, I start to peel like a snake changing its skin, without the benefits 😖. This is one of the very few (if not the only) face creams that I can use at any time, in any circumstance, in any overindulging amount that locks the moisture in, suits my skin, does not itch, does not irritate and most importantly IT DOES HEAL and comforts my skin should it need to!!! The only other cream that does that is a Roc night cream which is imported for the US and the price went way up since my teens (from £10 to £30+) which makes it not worth its benefits.This is in generous amount compared to the creams designed for the opposite sex and has no smell whatsoever, as in no perfume. I tried the “Buldog” range as well but no matter what they do I just can’t get used to the smell! All natural or whatever they claim is great but the smell is not! I do have a dog like sense of smell but nevertheless....I definitely recommend this, very beneficial for my skin!

My Go to Moisturizer
So I have looked for a decent moisturizer for a while and have tried the premium ones like Lumin and another one something like Gentlemens something anyway point being I always came back to this one because I find it does not make my eyes hurt if i sweat whilst working out and also it has SPF in there so i put this on my face and neck when i am on holiday so i don't have the greasy look!I dont burn with this on and it protects my skin nicely, I am on my third tub of this stuff so that says its great for me. :)

Thick and strong smelling product
I prefer other shaving products to this. The smell is a bit strong after smelling it all the time it gets a bit sickly and repetitive. Smells like something I would have liked as a teenager. It is quite thick which would appeal to some people as it’s hydrating and moisturising but to others they may not like the thick texture of it.

My daily moisturiser
I've been using this cream as my daily moisturiser since March 2019 after I've been using Bulldog for about two years. I've been happy with the previous brand however I wanted something with SPF (not that I need it that much in the UK) and to moisturise a bit better. I've tried this moisturiser and never looked back.It's a thick cream however it doesn't leave your skin oily and it hydrates quite well. So far I will be sticking with this for the time being until something else shows up.

Good Product Poor Packaging
Only problem with this was that top had been taped with parcel tape to stop it opening. When I tried to remove it a lot of the resin remained on the tube which I had to try and remove with lighter fluid as this was a gift for someone.

Not Heavy
Can't really comment on the anti-ageing or SPF properties, but this is a great daily moisturiser. For the price, I'd rank it above other ones I've tried from Dove, L'oreal Man Expert, Gillette and Bulldog.While I have noticed it increasing my forehead sweat levels during the 2018 heatwave, most of the fault was with the London Underground so can excuse it. During normal climes and use I haven't noticed any heavy feeling on the face, and rubs in nicely, however with stubble/beard it can take a little extra work, and occasionally need to wipe off what won't rub in with a towel.

I love this product because of the quality of the packaging
I love this product because of the quality of the packaging, and the product itself, a soothing cream aftershave.It has a fresh, clean scent, unlike any I've experienced in American products.I didn't know it was a British product until I went looking for it in an American pharmacy {Rite Aid} and was told they no longer carry it.For me to like it, and wear it, is the highest complement I can give it, because I find American aftershave products too cloyingly sweet, and the texture is too oily

Great product and the best value
I always wanted some moisturiser which is less oily and has decent SPF factor in it so I was using water based moisturiser which did not have SPF in it. Then I came across this one and decided to give it a go and since then absolutely loved it.Nice on the skin, it absorbs pretty well and doesn't have oily feel/factor to it and I am a regular buyer now as long as the price remains similar.

Ottimo prodotto anche per pelli sensibili
Ho pelle delicata e le normali schiume da barba mi lasciavano sempre con irritazione. Ho provato di tutto ed ero arrivato a rasarmi col sapone di Marsiglia per evitare arrossamenti. Questo prodotto è piacevole e sopratutto non irrita. Ottimo.

DIRECTIONS: Wet your face with warm water and apply a small amount of Shave Gel onto wet hands. Massage onto your face and neck covering all the bristles. Shave in the direction of hair growth, rinsing the blade clean after every stroke. Rinse well with cold water, removing any excess Shave Gel and closing pores on the skin.STORAGE: Do not store above 40°C.

For external use only. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean warm water.
