This review is for the BALWOO Korean Pot Mud Earthenware Ttukbaegi, Small.Small is small, and I really wish I had gotten medium! Not withstanding, the BALWOO is a beautiful pot. It has earned its spot on my dining table. The BALWOO withstands oven temperatures and it goes in the dishwasher. It makes for a fine one person serving of shepherd's pie, as shown in the attached photograph.The BALWOO is sturdier than I expected. I just wish it were larger. Nonetheless five stars.

I like the pot and I am sure that will work well BUT the description is not exactly accurate. It is somewhat smaller than described. When questioned about this discrepancy I was made to feel that I had made an error in measurements - not exactly true. Just be aware that the large pot measures 6" at the mouth and can hold no more than 1100 ml.

This pot is lovely and has a good weight to it, the ceramic itself seems to be good quality and I'm looking forward to figuring out how to use it! Unfortunately the instructions are in what I assume to be Korean, which to a non-speaker (or reader, in this case) does introduce a fairly steep learning curve! We'll be looking up more information about how to cook with this and care for it and I will report back if it turns out there are any difficulties with its use or construction going forward.
