The quality of the sage material is awesome! But when I measured it one part is 10 inches and the other is a little less than 10 inches. I believe it is because of the cutting through a bunch of material at the same time. I have done this myself. But can be trimmed down to 9 1/2 inches and used for other projects. Which I plan to do. I will also be ordering more from this place.

I planned on cutting the fabric into four 5" x 5" squares which was perfect for my quilting project and would have saved me a lot of time. The pre-cut fabric I received wasn't a 10" x 10" square as advertised. It was too short on one side to even come close so instead of four squares I was only able to cut two. I ordered another package and will update this when I receive the second. I ordered printed fabric from another seller for the project and ran to the same issue. I have a feeling the issue is metric versus imperial measurements but we'll see. This is really nice fabric and a decent price for pre-cut fabric. Just make sure to order extra.

Fabric is good quality but whom ever is cutting the material needs to know the thicker the stack of fabric is the more that is cut off top layers af fabric. As the blade pushes down it is not going to cut until it meets resistance. There for you cut more off because it is distorted. So the top layer of fabric on this stack is 9.75 square. Not one piece is a true 10 inch square.

These are not true 10 inch squares they are closer to 9.5 inches. There aren't enough colors. I was expecting some blue to be included. And they are not cotton so it is difficult to do any quilting with them.
