A Big Scam
I order this phone a day ago and found a dead spot on the screen. After calling them; they suggested to visit Samsung service center as it has clearly mentioned that the product has 7 Days of service center replacement warranty(A Big Scam). I reached to the service centre and waited for around more than 2 hrs for my turn to come and finally they simply denied to give any kind of service for refurbished products from the Amazon. Finally my suggestion is not to fall in these kind of fake assurance. I have raised a complaint on consumer forum for the same.

Refurbished product but really awesome and in good condition as like a new product. No doubts and no question about this product. Great features good display extremely good sound quality. Very easy to use.

Dissatisfaction regarding flip5 repairs
The Samsung service is poor, the terms and conditions regarding warranty are not adhered to. The company attributes the difective screen issue on mishandling on the part of customer, thereby charging huge bill for such repairs, that too in warranty period.

Extremely Frustrated with Samsung - Regret Buying It
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 around the 3rd of September 2023, and just 5 days after the warranty expired, the phone started showing a major issue. The main screen flickers when opened halfway, and if I open it fully, the screen either freezes or turns completely black. The issue seems to be with the hinge, as the phone works fine when only partially opened.I visited the service center, expecting a fair solution, but was met with disappointment. I was quoted ₹14,000 to ₹15,000 for repairs, just because my warranty had expired by a mere 5 days! When I asked for some consideration, given the minimal time lapse since the warranty expired, they flat-out refused, hiding behind their rigid “company policy.” It’s absurd that such a minor time gap can lead to such a costly repair on what is supposed to be a flagship device!To add insult to injury, a friend of mine with an iPhone 13 Pro Max faced a similar issue where his screen went blank. Despite being out of warranty, Apple took care of the repair without hesitation. Samsung, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. If Samsung can’t offer the same level of service for a so-called flagship phone, why should anyone choose Samsung over Apple?The service executive was no help at all—just kept repeating company policy like a robot, showing zero empathy for the situation. It's clear that Samsung is more concerned with hiding behind policies than standing by their customers.I regret ever choosing Samsung. If this is how they treat loyal customers, it’s simply better to buy an iPhone. Apple has proven to be far more reliable and customer-focused, while Samsung has completely failed in this regard. Think twice before buying a Samsung flagship—it’s clearly not worth the hassle or the lack of support.
