Emmi-dent AL Professional Ultrasonic Toothbrush

Emmi Dental Professional ultrasonic toothbrush It is working really well. My teeth were tinged yellow along the gum line, now they are whiter, after using it only for 3 weeks. They also feel lovely and smooth. I have a front tooth implant where gums didn't look too healthy. My dentist says I just have to brush it. I have been brushing it but access is very limited and brushing hasn't been very succesfull. I started using emmi in the affected area for 30-60 seconds at a time with an obvious improvement after only a few sessions. I am not sure that the instructions that came with it are as comprehensive as they could be. My brother sent me additional instructions for the same product bought in another country. Other than that I cannot really fault it.

This tooth brush is working really well. My dentist asked me if I had changed my toothbrush as she could see they were cleaner and my gums were better. The brush it's self does take a bit of getting used to as you don't have to scrub your teeth. The work is done by the ultrasonic waves created by the brush. After using this brush for a couple of weeks my partner noticed that my teeth were looking better. I have a coloured filling in one of my front teeth and it was beginning to look a little stained around the edge it is now looking less stained.

I think this product had been updated since the previous reviews. It now vibrates so feels a bit more like a conventional electric brush and has a timed beep to indicate when to move round your mouth. It takes a good 6 minutes to do a full clean but the results are well worth it. I have been using for 3 weeks now and have noticed a bit difference in whiteness and reduced gum inflammation and pain. Highly recommend.

Arrived early in perfect condition, company very kindly sent instruction in English when asked. The toothbrush really works very well after using just a few times, you can definitely feel the difference with your teeth. I have CTS in my right hand so this product is great help to me, would recommend this toothbrush. Can be used with implants and retainers.

I have been using this twice a day since the 8th November, its strange not brushing your teeth and for me the results are a bit slow but my teeth look much cleaner, I am due to go to the dentist next week and I'm waiting for his comment, I hope its a positive one, I can't see why not. I intend to carry on using this as its by far the best result.

This is amazing technology. It has cured a serious gum and tooth infection.

Great toothbrush while it was working but only worked for around 10 months. Supposedly had a 2 year warranty but seller didn't want to know, gone back to Philips.

I bought one of these toothbrushes in February 2017 and another in January 2018.Do these toothbrushes clean your teeth at least as well as an electric toothbrush? Yes. That's the good news.The bad news:1. A light on the side of the unit confirms that the ultrasonics are working, and the body of the brush vibrates too. If the brush head isn't completely against the body the ultrasonics stop and the light goes out. Unfortunately the body still vibrates so you think that it's still working when it isn't. The body should stop vibrating when the ultrasonics go off. The brush is held on by four tabs forming a square and it fits snugly when the head is new. However if you keep the head on the charging stand supplied with the unit, the square 'socket' it fits on is slightly oversize. Consequently after a while the head no longer fits firmly onto the body. In combination these are big drop-offs.2. Volume for volume the toothpaste is about three times the price of good quality toothpaste in British shops which seems excessive. That's a ripoff as the manufacturers claim that their toothpaste is more effective; how can we tell if that's true or not?3. The flavour of toothpaste (Mild) that we preferred is no longer available on the internet. I contacted the manufacturer (in English and with a German translation) months ago to ask why it isn't available and if it would return. They haven't bothered to reply. Not the way that reputable companies do business.In short I would look strrenuously for another model of ultrasonic brush before buying another of these.

Bevor ich diese Zahnbürste gekauft habe, hatte ich viel darüber gelesen. Die vielen positiven Meinungen und die versprochenen guten Putzeigenschaften insbesondere bei Implantaten und Zahnspangen haben mich dazu gebracht, sie zu kaufen. Ich muß zugeben, dass ich sehr skeptisch war und befürchtet hatte, daß das Ganze doch am Ende Schmufix wäre und ich mir dadurch vielleicht sogar die Zähne kaputt mache, weil sie ja keine richtigen Putzbewegungen macht. Auch hatte ich Sorge, dass die Zahnpasta nicht schmeckt (vor allem meine 11-jährige Tochter ist da sehr wählerisch) Nachdem wir sie ausprobiert hatten, waren wir wirklich sehr überrascht! Die Zahnpasta schmeckt gut - nicht zu intensiv oder zu scharf. Die Zähne fühlten sich sauber und toll glatt an - glatter als sonst. Und was uns beiden pos. aufgefallen ist: auch noch am Nachmittag fühlten sich die Zähne super glatt und sauber an - als würde einfach kein Belag dran haften bleiben ;o)Nach ca. einer Woche normalem Putzen hatte ich den Eindruck, meine Zähne wären tatsächlich einen Tick heller geworden (Kaffeetrinkerin & Raucherin) und das ist sogar meinen Kolleginnen aufgefallen.Wenn man allerdings Essensreste zwischen den Zähnen hat, muß man sie mit einem Bürstchen od. Zahnseide wegmachen oder manuell wegbürsten - das schafft der Ultraschall nicht.Was noch ganz wichtig ist: Meine Tochter hat gerade in dieser Zeit eine Zahnspange bekommen und mußte etliche Male zur Putzkontrolle. Beim Putzen mit der Handzahnbürse gab es trotz wirklich gutem Putzen (3xtägl.)immer wieder einzelne Stellen, mit denen die Kieferorthopädin nicht so ganz zufrieden war. Mit der Ultraschallbürste war's viel besser.Die Ärztin sagte uns, das sei eine sehr gute Zahnbürste, die wir weiterhin benutzten sollten, riet meiner Tochter aber, trotzdem auch mit dieser Bürste leichte Putzbewegungen zu machen um überall hin zu kommen.Entgegen der Produktinfo sagte sie allerdings: Die Zahnpasta sei gut, man könne aber auch jede andere Zahnpasta benutzen!Das man nur die Emmident benutzen könne sei nur Geldmacherei. Wir sind trotzdem bei der Pasta geblieben, weil wir sie mögen.Ich bin wirklich froh, dass ich mich trotz Bedenken getraut habe, sie auszuprobieren. Sie ist so klasse, dass ich überhaupt nicht verstehe, wieso es sie nirgendwo in den Läden zu kaufen gibt, wieso es keine Werbung dafür gibt und wieso mir meine Zahnärztin oder Kieferchirurgin nicht dazu geraten hat. Das macht mich fast schon sauer ;o) Hätte ich gewußt, wie gut sie ist, hätte ich sie mir schon vor Jahren gekauft.Fazit: EXTREME KAUFEMPFEHLUNG !!!

Dies ist meine bisher einzige Produkt-Bewertung bei Amazon, aber die ist jetzt wirklich auch mal dringend notwendig. Die Negativ-Bewertungen die ich hier gelesen habe, haben mich zunächst 1 Jahr lang vom Kauf dieser Zahnbürste abgehalten. Ich habe mich weiter informiert und habe dann letztlich die Zahnbürste vor ca. 3 Wochen DOCH gekauft.Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nur, weil ich (und meine Frau und mein Sohn) von diesem Produkt absolut überzeugt sind – und dies bereits nach der ersten Benutzung. Ich bin kein gekaufter Schreiber! Aber ich habe es jetzt einfach nicht mehr ausgehalten diese blödsinnigen negativen Bewertungen weiterhin unkommentiert so stehen zu lassen.Ich bin der Meinung, dass diese Ultraschall-Zahnbürste eigentlich von jedem Zahnarzt empfohlen werden müsste. Aber es ist ja auch verständlich, dass sich die Zahnärzte nicht gerne ins eigene Fleisch schneiden möchten. Sie möchten ja gerne weiter eine professionelle Zahnreinigung für teilweise sehr viel Geld durchführen. Außerdem verdienen sie ja nicht so gut an gesunden Zähnen.Genauso wird einem von Zahnärzten von Mundduschen abgeraten und Zahnseide empfohlen. Totaler Blödsinn. Ich habe seit vielen Jahren eine sehr gute Munddusche, die mir sehr viel bessere Ergebnisse bringt, als die vorige Zahnseide.Die Emmi-Dent hat bei mir bereits nach der ersten Reinigung fast sämtlichen Zahnstein entfernt. Vor allen Dingen an den unteren Schneidezähnen außen, aber vor allen Dingen innen. Alles ist total glatt.Als starker Teetrinker musste ich deshalb 2 mal pro Jahr eine Zahnreinigung durchführen. Das kann ich mir jetzt schenken. Das heißt, dass die Ultraschall-Zahnbürste sich bereits nach einem Jahr amortisiert hat. Nicht zu vergessen dabei die Zerstörung der Bakterien in und auf den Zähnen, Zahnfleisch und Zunge. Man kann das Ding nämlich auch zur Zungen-Reinigung verwenden.
