Taste and smell good. Worth the money and I notice improvements in my milk production. My son is less gassy thanks to this amazing tea!!

They flavor of this tea is mild in comparison to other's I've tasted. The packaging does not confirm the tea bags are plastic free while the description online claims they are. There are other organic lactation tea options available with more flavor and for a less expensive price.

I am not sure what is giving this herbal tea the bite but it definitely has a spicy undertone. I suspect it may be the ginger but it's almost like a black pepper taste (maybe fennel?). Either way it makes the tea flavor not my favorite but it's tolerable. I added honey to mine and brewed 10 minutes.You don't get many tea bags for this price, only 15 but I do find if you dry them out these are reusable for at least one more cup. This is caffeine free. It's also good for two years from receipt (until 2025). It says to enjoy 3-5 cups a day, which seems a lot! Hopefully you can still get the benefits with just one cup. This is certified organic.I really love the quality of wholesome story's products but because of the flavor profile this one fell a bit short for me.

We just had a baby daughter which my wife is breastfeeding most of the time and she got these lactation support tea to see if it would help with her lactation .One of the first things my wife said that she was not the biggest fan of the flavor, but she kept at it for a few days with the expectations that it would help with her lactation , however after a week she gave up mainly because it did not yield any noticeable improvement in lactation (she does pump, so each session was carefully measured.Another issue is that this is a very expensive tea ..about $20 for 15 tea bags, i.e each cup is more than $1 and hence we didnt think it worked and the price was also not right. $3 stars

I actually enjoy the taste of this tea and it does seem to make a small but noticeable difference to the amount of breastmilk I produce. I exclusively pump for my baby so I can track how much milk I am making and whilst drinking this tea I noticed around 5% increase in breastmilk production. Hopefully, with longer use I can see an even bigger difference.
